I must say, I'm seeing a lot of surprisingly bad reviews. I had a more than great experience with this place. Maybe I just got lucky? Sierra was the Class Instructor, she was an absolute angel? Very kind and understanding and was able to make sure all the kids in a full classroom were catching the notes and learning what they needed to. She paid attention to detail for us. I felt extremely confident because of her teaching. As for the drive time: I always had Jocelyn (i think was her name) (the really short girl), and she was always wonderful to drive with. She was very calm with the way she instructed, very constructive & reassuring? i guess would be the way to put it? Instead of being nervous to be reprimanded when I drove wrong, she was very polite and understanding and was only focused on making sure I was understanding everything. It really only took us the first session for us to both be confident enough in my driving. She kept it fun while also making sure I was learning the ways of the road. It was like driving with a friend I'd known for years. I more than recommend Sierra and Jocelyn. They are so kind and helpful. I could not have become the driver I am without their help! I have never given a bad review but feel I should to help parents understand why not to.use this driving school. The instructor who took my son driving reached over and honked the horn to express anger at another driver. This is unacceptable behavior either to reach over and honk and to teach a student driver road rage. This is just one example of how unprofessional this company is. We decided to lose out on the money we paid for the driving instruction because of how unsafe we felt it was. I would highly recommend going with another school. The staff is rude. They have lied multiple times to us. My son went to a different driving school (it has since closed) and the communication and professionalism at that school was night and day compared to this place. My child has a learning disability as well as emotional needs and Freddy did not give up on us or close his door even through the difficult issues he went out of his way and has made special accommodations when he didn't have to , I just want to recognize him for this and thank him . read more

The owner, Alfredo Saenz, is rude and unprofessional. He insulted my daughter and tried to intimidate me physically. He even threatened me. All this because I came in to ask for a schedule for when my daughter could schedule for driving. They are late for class, don't cover the course materials, drag their feet to schedule driving and treat the customer like they are doing us a favor. I went to this driving school. I recommend my brother go to this school. They cancelled on his driving. He went to get his license and they said he needed to finish driving school. When I called, I spoke to Freddie who said he would take care of my brother personally. My brother went in and was told he will need to pay an additional $100 to get it done. Why?! So many missed appointments. My mother who was learning for the first time (which was something I related before paying $600 for 12 hours of lessons) said how visibly frustrated the instructor was during the lessons causing her to get more nervous. This is one of the worst run businesses I have ever witnessed. This is an extremely shady outfit. The instructor is extremely rude even to the parents and the teenager who is working In the office is no better. They don't return phone calls and if they cancel they tend to forget to let you know. It took my daughter 3 months after the class to get her driving done because they don't return phone calls or answer their phones half the time. The money you save is not worth the extra headache. They have a terrible filing system. They lost my daughters driving log and had to re-do the whole thing. The state should investigate this place. read more

Let me start off by saying I should have checked the BBB before enrolling my child at this school. They currently have a grade of F. I normally don't write reviews, but after my experience with this business, I had to come on here to warn other potential customers. The review by "Steve R." hit it right on the mark: absolutely the worst business I've ever dealt with. The entire staff is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and utterly rude. For example: the instructors that accompany my child while he is driving tend to not pay attention to my child's driving. Instead they are on their phone texting or having phone conversations, instead of providing any form of constructive instruction. As has been mentioned, scheduling time to complete driving hours is extremely difficult. The business fails to answer or return phone calls in a timely manner, making the entire process much more difficult than necessary. As a paying customer, I would expect a company to deliver on the service they are providing with excellent customer service and professionalism; the Old School of Driving, Inc. fails to meet these expectations on multiple levels. I strongly advise all parents to seek a different school for their child's driving needs. They're RUDE, Overpriced, Unorganized, treat customers like crap and just plain BAD!! I called once to ask about the store hours and the owner HUNG UP on me (They've done this twice) and not to mention...They made me take my driving test with an un-certified instructor for the road driving test!!! After giving this business the benefit of the doubt that they were just busy and couldn't help being rude, I have decided that they are the worst business I have ever dealt with. I was very uncomfortable sending my child to this school, but felt stuck because they do not give refunds, and do not listen to the customers at all. The owner yelled at my daughters father, and is incredibly unprofessional with the students, parents, and the staff. The staff act like the owner, and do not know what they are doing. They cancel appointments without telling you, yet if you have to cancel for any reason they charge you a fee. The driving instructors text and do personal errands during the driving sessions, and don't pay attention to the student. I will be contacting the state, and licensing outfit for this business and letting them know this business is not legitimate and needs to be shut down. DO NOT go here!!!! read more
