Run..dont walk away from this place! I went to have my Samsung phone battery port repaired. $60..2 weeks later the same problem.. They refused to stand behind their work..Refused a refund.. And told me they cannot guarantee the problem would be fixed. So I'm out $60 and still have the same problem. Essentially I paid to have my phone repaired for two weeks of use. First time I took my phone here I was skeptical because I went to other places that they were charging ridiculous prices but with these guys, they sell based on wholesale prices which made things very affordable. Not only are they affordable but they're very professional and very fast. This is my first review on yelp and I think these guys at Phone a Holics. Came in to get my phone screen replaced and they delivered. I phone 6 oem looks clean and professionaly installed. Also, mid way of the fix they diagnosed and mentioned that my battery needs replacement, they were corteous and showed me why the batt needs replacing and they handled my phone with care. What I really appreciate is that they didnt try to sell me just replacement parts rather they made all the decisions up to me. First saw this business on Groupon. Before ordering the groupon, I decided to call first & get more details about the place. The staff was very prompt and friendly in their responses. I brought my iPad 2 here for a screen repair, they charged me $69. I dropped my device off at 12:50 pm, the called me around 2:30 pm to let me know it was ready. Due to rush hour traffic, I couldn't get to it that evening, but the receptionist assured me that they would lock it up overnight. Everyone was courteous. There's also a cute little dog there! My screen was shattered, and a small accent piece underneath had to be replaced. He made me aware ahead of time that he didn't have the exact color I needed, but could come very close, and my phone would operate as expected. I busted my phone screen and the LED on my Samsung S4. Called these guys and quoted me $129. ARE YOU KIDDING?! I recently had my screen replaced in Dunwoody and they charged me the same for just the screen and took 6 hours. I was referred there by another shop to repair an uncommon phone. They had the parts and did the job. They're good for having all the right parts in stock but their labor is expensive. The last screen repair job I had done there was unprofessional. When I went back two weeks later to ask for it to be done right, that will be another hundred dollars. Their hardware prices are not good and their knowledge of software issues is nonexistent. Skip the repair and shop for a used replacement on eBay. read more

I cracked my Moto G(first gen)phone screen once about 2 or 3 weeks ago and go it repaired. Less than a week later I cracked it again. This has never happened to me and I had this phone for over a year. This time I bought an OtterBox defender series case from Amazon for my phone. They fixed it again and put the case on it for me. It took less than 30 minutes and I was out the door. What I could only assume is the owner was nice enough to pause fixing an iPhone screen which would have taken longer and fixed mine knowing it would be done quick. He really didn't have to do that but I appreciate it. I recommend this service to anyone who needs their phone screen fixed. read more

Replacement screens are low quality and easily scratched. I had $130 worth of work done on my iPhone 5 and within five days there were several deep scratches on my screen. They refused to repair the screen under warranty and would only offer me a small discount on the repair. Basically they said the scratches were entirely my fault even though I've had this phone for four years and never had any scratches except when I completely destroyed the screen by dropping it on concrete. Somehow the scratches must've come from my normal use that never affected the phone before... Not doing business here ever again. read more
