Absolutely cannot recommend this place. They installed a screen on my phone and 3 weeks later the screen had a black mark next to the camera. I sent them a photo of what it looked like and they tried to claim it was pressure damage, despite the fact that the phone has not been dropped, and has been in a case the entire time since I picked it up. Additionally, when they replaced the screen, they neglected to clean dust out of the camera, which I specifically asked them to do. The offer a warranty, but will not honor the warranty without taking your phone, you paying for another screen replacement, and then them taking 2 months to send the screen out to the third party vendor to verify that the screen was defective. Use one of the other 50 phone repair places in town. If you choose to use them, just know that once they have your money, they don't care about you and will absolutely not stand by their work. read more

I was quoted $180 for the repair, but when he finished the repair, I was suddenly told it would be $220. They claimed that I had spoken to my husband about agreeing to a higher-quality screen, which I hadn't. Then they told me that if I had come in the next day instead, it would have been $180--basically offering inconsistent and confusing explanations. The pricing felt misleading and not transparent. Review long overdue! Went a couple months ago to get the hearing piece on my phone fixed. The first time I went in and asked if they could fix it they checked for the piece and ordered it. As soon as the piece arrived I took my phone in and got it fixed within 30 minutes. My phone works now and it was pretty affordable and it saved me time because I did not want to go through the hassle with my phone insurance for quick fix. Excellent prices and immediate service. The 2 day delay was just for the part, a phone battery to come in, but they have many already inhouse. Having a S8 Active, few around, caused the delay 2 days and that was fine. Took about 20 minutes to get it all done when I came in after getting a call my part was in and now it does not bulge anymore. read more
