They replaced the screen fixed the dead mic and replaced the cracked camera for no more then $170 or so. Had i don't just the screen i would have walked out at $70 it was a iphone 7plus. These guys are fast and business like. They were kind and respectful. They even stayed after to fix the camera at the last minute when they were closing. So thank you Express. I left my phone on the top of my car, not paying attention and drove off. My sister used the locate my phone app an said it was in the road. My phone was severally cracked, there was other damages. I was devastated, thinking I was going to pay a high price to get it fixed. I talked with the employees here, felt comfortable. I also read the great reviews and decided to give them a try. They did a good job, my screen looked brand new. Some things weren't able to be recovered which is understandable based on what happened to my phone, not having a heavy duty case. I contacted Express Cellphone Repair after we contacted the "other" shop through our cell phone insurance company and the "other place" said they couldn't repair my husband's phone. My husband dropped his phone and damaged the LCD screen (it looked like a remote through an LCD TV, and was unusable). Express Cellphone Repair said they would have to order a new screen (its a sort-of outdated phone), but once the screen came in they could fix the issues for us. Sure enough, we dropped off an unusable phone and 2 hours later picked up a fully functioning phone! We are so grateful they were able to fix the phone for us! read more

I have used A to Z go one phone and three iPad repairs. I've had super good luck with these guys. Every repair was done correctly, and one of them was even fixing what a different local company messed up. The service is super fast. Typically same day turn around unless you get there late. As much as we hate to admit it, getting the device back on the same day is important! Can't live without these things! 10/22/2016 So I'm writing an review to update the one that I did earlier.... The reason it took me awhile because I wanted to give the screen sometime just in case there was any issues and it cracked again. The only issue I had was that the back button wasn't responding unless I put pressure on it (which is what I was trying to avoid with a brand new screen) & my home button was loose like it was going to pop off... The owner agreed to fix the problem free of charge and the problems have been resolved!!! I had accidentally dropped my iPhone 7 causing the screen to crack and break off in multiple spots. I couldn't use it without getting cut so I needed it fixed as soon as possible. He let me know to go in today at opening to get it fixed saying it would take about half an hour or so. Today I went in around 11am and Elsa was in. Gave me same price and let me know it would be done in 30 minutes. I went to go get some food and came back after 45 minutes or so. It was done and looked so clean! She even put on a tempered glass screen protector for me. *If you pay with card, bring some cash for a tip! I'm seriously bummed I didn't have any on me because they deserve it. I'll be back. Had my child's iPad mini that had a cracked screen which seems like an easy enough repair. I dropped it off on Sunday, with an explanation that it was going to be overnight due to ensuring everything adhered back together properly, with the problem area usually being the corner. I was fine with that, really, and I totally get it. I went to pick up the iPad mini today and at first glance, everything looked A-OK; the glass was replaced and there was no signs of the cracked glass. Upon further inspection though, it seems as though the repair went awry when trying to reassemble my child's iPad. It looks as though a novice used a Dremel to hack the corners, exposing a space between the glass and LCD and the internal components. I brought this up, and the explanation was that it (the replacement glass) wouldn't have fit because the frame was bent, so they had to do what they did to the frame. I'm not one to cause a commotion, I had no close up photos to prove the condition of the iPad when I brought it in, and was in no mood to press this issue as I'm probably buying another iPad for my child within the next year or so. I left, somewhat exasperated, and it bothers me that this happened the more I think about it. I would've liked some form of communication if they were going to Dremel the frame. At least I would have known, but all I was told was that they needed to keep it overnight because of the glue and adhesives. Also, I'll let you decide, based on the pictures, on the degree of butchery that went on to the frame of my child's iPad. Customer service was acceptable, they did give me a $35 glass protector for $15. Unfortunately, I have no leg to stand on, am in no mood to fight, and will be taking numerous close up photographs if I ever have to use a service like this again, although I shall be using another repair shop. Update 8/14: After I wrote this review, the owner, Mohammed, called me to inquire as to what happened with my service. After explaining to him the situation, lack of communication in regards to the dremeling that happened, he informed me that he had a conference call with all parties involved in my situation there- his wife, who was working the counter and the technician who worked on my iPad. It was obvious that the service I had received was not of the quality he expected as a business owner. Mohammed was very adamant about correcting this situation, and he did. I brought back the iPad and he replaced the back/frame of the iPad. I am not one of those customers that would have demanded a mint backing/frame, and the replacement frame was more than acceptable to me. Overall, I'm very happy this situation was remedied, even though the owner had to get involved, and took a few more days to do so. I was very impressed with the level of commitment to customer service by the owner, Mohammed, and his commitment to correct this situation. These particular attributes by him have impressed me and indicate to me that his heart is in the right place regarding his customers, and he is not in business to just take your money and run, like many other unscrupulous business owners in these types of ventures. read more

Sadly the screen of my Samsung S7 Edge did not survive my last weekend in Vegas, so had to get it replaced. I walked in and was quoted 220 for the job. A lot of money, but it needed to be fixed and I was not going to do it, so I sucked it up. An hour later and I had my phone back with the new screen. A few days later, I started noticing that when people called me through Skype of FB, they could not hear me and got massive crackling noise. It did not clear up, so I brought it back in. Took 4 hours but they cleaned my phone out entirely. No damage was found, so probably dust got in there when changing the screen. No more issues now and I was not charged for the cleaning. All in all, I'd come back here for future issues with my phone. Just hoping the prices for other things are more reasonable. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They broke my daughter's phone during a screen "repair".An extremely rude girl with glasses refused to do anything about it or contact her manager. We tried going to the store several times and emailing them for weeks I never heard back from the girl or the owner. Last time I was there I demanded to see the manager and said I would not leave the store until I did. This genius who by the way it was the same person that broke my daughter's phone trying to fix the screen CALLED THE COPS on me and my daughter. By the time the cops were there my husband had also arrived at the store. The officer told us to take them to the small claims court. The girl tried to tell the officer to keep me from staying outside the door and telling other customers about the horrible experience I had and the officer said that I was within my rights to talk to any customers coming and out of the store. This place is ridiculous. I got a quote through yelp from owner of company to repair the back glass of my iPhone 8 Plus. Drove all the way there for Elsa to argue with me that's it's more then double my quote. I showed her my quote from owner and she said nope. I said I want to speak with the owner. She said well we aren't doing it. I can take your number but we aren't doing it. It cost more then that for the part. I said that's not my problem. I specifically got quotes for a reason. I stated 3 times it was the back glass of my iPhone 8 Plus. I responded to owner about the issue and he has still not responded. It's been about 5 hours. How can you give a quote and not stick to it? I went to the store and Elsa was so nice and was so welcoming and told me she will take care of it. 20 mins she called me and told me my phone was up and running. I definitely won't go back. When they first fixed it we got it back and there was a mark on the screen and that part of the screen wouldn't work. When we took it back, they were defensive and short with us. They fixed it again and said they put on tempered glass. Well, 2 days later, and the screen cracked again. They even had us put a case on it for protection, but it didn't work and the navigation doesn't work either. We should have just gotten our phone fixed through Sprint. It would have been cheaper and faster. DONT GO THERE UPDATE: We ended up having to get a new phone read more

DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!! I had a cracked LCD screen replaced and the repair seemed like a good job. Less than 2 months later the screen is blank again without any drops or damage. The phone has been kept in an Outer Box Defender case since leaving the shop. The shop will not honor the repair/replacement of bad parts and would only suggest me to pay the full price for parts again. There is no damage to the phone and because its beyond 30 days, there's nothing they will do. This place is a rip off and can not be trusted. STAY AWAY!!! Due to high yelp 5 star reviews I didn't call another place as $70 plus tax is very reasonable. I brought my iPad in around noon and picked if up after 5 pm. I wanted to give this place a good review because the ladies up front were so sweet. BUT unfortunately I just can't. My service here was just not up to par. I went in off of a recommendation from someone to get my cracked screen fixed. I was quoted $50 for my Samsung S4, and was told that in the rare case that the piece was broken underneath I would have to replace it as well (the lcd screen). Which they said would only be about 5% chance that it would be broken. I left for about 1 hour for them to fix it. But when I came back they advised me that my lcd screen was damaged and they needed to replace it as well. The part would be in 2 days and the repair would cost $115. That is fine and I just wanted the phone fixed so I agreed. Well several days later still no part...I called 4 different times over the course of a week and still no part. I was told over and over they were still waiting and kept saying it would be there in a few days. On the last call they advised they would call when they got it in. So I waited patiently. 2 weeks later still no call, no part, and phone not fixed. They forgot all about me, and I decided to go elsewhere. Needless to say the place I went to after only took 1 hour to fix my entire phone. No wait for a part and they happened to be cheaper as well. My advice for this business is just work on your customer service and keep in contact with your customers to let them know what is going on. Otherwise you will continue to lose business to someone who is ready to take care of them. read more

My wife dropped her iphone and the screen had white streaks. Needless to say it was broken. She called at&t and they redirected her to our local Apple store. When we get there, after waiting a good hour they finally tell us that they do not repair broken LCD screens and to buy a new phone. We're like whatever so we say OK, then they tell us to back the phone up on icloud. Fine. We get home and itunes tells us that its unable to open phone on itunes until phone is unlocked with keypad code. Awesome! How the fuck can we unlock the phone if the screen is broken?!? So we go back to Apple and they tell us that there is absolutely nothing they can do to help us. Fantastic!! I could work at apple. I could walk around all day pointing people into dead ends!! So finally, Apple refers us to what I assume is an outsourced/freelance repair company. We call and the guy sounded like he had no idea what we were talking about. Long story short, he said he could help us. I'm already annoyed at this entire situation, we just had a newborn baby a couple of days earlier and there were pics that my wife didn't want to lose on her phone. Finally, I just look up phone repairs on craigslist. First entry is A to Z phone repair. Called them up and the guy asked a few questions and told us to bring it down. Hour later, phone was fixed. They replaced the LCD screen and glass. Screen looked flawless! And best of all, the prices were amazing! I was surprised at how low their prices were. I also took my ipod touch because it wasn't holding a charge. Last year I sent to Apple, it cost about $150 to repair. A to Z charged me a fraction of that price. I took my phone in because my screen had cracked about 3 months ago. They replaced the cracked grass and everything looked good. However, two days later the screen began changing apps/texting by itself ext... I took it back and they took a second look at it and said its possible the frame Is bent. I took it to "smart fix" at the temecula mall and they replaced it with a screen that wasn't a foreign made peace of crap screen and it's been working fine ever sense.
