Their internet connection was not secure, so my husband called to order the stand over the phone. He was told he had to order the item online. He was also told the item was in stock and the employee would mail it that day. Nine days later, with nothing delivered, my husband called to find out what was going on with the order. The man told him he would have to look it up and call my husband back. He did not call. The next day, my husband called again and had to leave a message. I was concerned that we had paid in full and had no merchandise and no explanation. I called...the same man asked if he could call me back as he was with a customer. He knew exactly why I was calling. I insisted he call me back as soon as he was done with his customer. Instead, my husband receives an email stating we were getting a refund.
