Wow. I felt like I entered into an alternate universe. I was even nicely greeted by every employee in the place (approximately 8 people). This place has it all for your cellular phone needs especially if you own your own business. They sell everything related to cell phones including LED promotional signs for very affordable pricing. Phone Exchange Wholesale - Bad customer service - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

A couple of months ago I took my HTC EVO in for a screen replacement. Before going I called to check on the price and parts. I was told bring it on in. $100 same day I did. I paid for it and left. I called that evening and it wasnt done. I called the next day and they said it wasn't done, that they had to order parts. I questioned this as they told me they had them. I called the next day and they had no parts. I let another day go by and called to speak with a manager who said parts should be in today. It took a week to get my phone fixed and I received no apology or discount for their service error. What amazed me is what happened today, 7/18/2012. I haven't used the phone since I replace it with an iPhone. I was going to sell it on Craigslist so I thought I would take it back to the people that installed the screen and have them remove the dust that got under the screen since the replacement. Upon entering the tv was blaring loudly as always (not a customer centered approach obviously, I guess it's more important that the employees get to watch their favorite shows). A gentleman (at this point) asked to help me. I explained that they replaced the screen a while back and I wanted to have them remove the dust from under the screen. That's all, just remove the dust under the screen. For those who do this for a living we are talking about a 10 minute job max. Easy work. He took it to his tech. I followed to the other side of the store. The tech came out and said, "I'm a tech and you must have dropped it." I replied that no, I didn't to the best of my knowledge. He said that there is a mark right here which tells me you did. This measures maybe a 1/16th of an inch. I then said your telling me that it's my fault there is dust in there and he said yes. Because we don't use defective parts. (quite an ambiguous statement and one that NO BUSINESS could ever claim). I reiterated what he was trying to tell me that because of that tiny mark that I got all the dust in there. He said, "yes, that's my job." I said to find reason to not do the work and he said yes. I said that was b/s. tell a customer it's his fault with no proof and not stand behind your service. I let them know I would be usining social media to get the word out. At that point I began walking to the door and the "gentleman" kept saying wait sir, what is it you want? You want us to clean It? Is that what you want? I said yes. But I'm not dealing with the attitude. The tech then said "you have the problem. You dipshit." I said you know what, no never mind. I began walking to the door and they called me a name. Furious at this point that a store clerk has the nerve, I turned around and said excuse me, and they said we called you a hot head. I replied, Your the ones with an attitude accusing me of dropping a phone when there is no proof. BUT REGARDLESS, it's dust and a 5-10 min Job AND You replaced the screen: therefore for all that's right and good, clean the phone for the customer! Instead, name calling, shoeing me out the door, huge egos all for 20 bucks. As I told them no I kept walking. The "gentleman" said he would clean it for 20 bucks. Really? He said do you have the receipt? I said I'm sure I do at home. He then said, bring it back and we will clean it if it was within the last 14 days. Really sir? I told you it was longer than that. He said, well that's are policy. Interesting policy, 14 days and then your a lier, a hothead and a dipshit. What spectacular Business etitiquette folks. Why would, REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES EVER ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO BEHAVE THAT WAY? Where is management? THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Let me say it again, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Look, its simple, We as consumers RELY on the professionals for clear guidance, assistance and knowledge. Not attitude, blame and ego. It was some dust tech guy! Dust that equated to 5-10 minutes to make a customer happy and get more business Get it TOGETHER Phone Exchange Wholesale. There is no room for clerk ego on an economy like this. Unfortunately, because you had to be right I will never return, never use your services and will tell everyone I know and all those online to go elsewhere.
