At first I thought this was a good fit but unfortunately it wasn't. My daughters first day of daycare was today and when checking in with my daughter Tara told me "I stepped out to go to a meeting & have been watching the cameras from my phone I'm on the way back now". She did not mention who was supervising my child so I questioned if she steps out for meetings often and where they were at. When I picked up my daughter it turns out that her mother was watching her. I seen her mother this morning when I dropped my daughter off but did not receive any formal introduction and how long she was going to be staying, which is what left me under the impression after that text message that she was left alone. I later than received an email from Tara stating that she has to let my daughter and I go from the daycare because "It doesn't appear that you're prepared to release your child into a nurturing environment and allow providers to care for her.". She did not try to confront me with the issues that were present between us so I was not able to explain my side of the situation. She later then told me to "seek mental help because you need it badly." I feel harassed at this point all because of I was in concern of my daughter. I wouldn't recommend. UPDATE: After Tara, the owner, read this review, she asked me to remove my post because I'm "lying", although I have proof of everything that occurred during all of our interaction. She is telling me that she is now going to take me to court and sue me. I am a 23 year old single mom and I am feeling unsafe, very threatened, and belittled as she keeps mentioning that I am on welfare and a single mother, trying to use it as an insult. I am a educated 23 year old woman who is in nursing school and does not deserve to be disrespected like this. At this point If you do choose this daycare please be cautious. The public has the right to know what I went through.

The friendly folks there verified what I thought and chastised me for not calling them from the road so they could "track" me. I thought I'd be treated like family there and I was. The desk clerk didn't have a pen for him to fill out/ sign the necessary paperwork. He left (to get one) and returned empty-handed and then said that he would not help him despite him having a voucher. He lied and said that assistance would end at 11:00 a.m. when it was scheduled to end at 11:30 a.m. (which is stated on the phone and on the door) After toggling with him repeatedly, he finally decided to provide him with food. However, the gentleman working the desk (who had obvious burn marks on his lip from pipes/substance abuse) decided NOT to provide him all of the food allotted to the household of two persons but one bag only, while he and workers extracted fruit pies from the bags that technically belonged to persons needing help. All of them were eating these on-duty. Under duress, my veteran was forced to sign multiple clipboards with forms stating he was receiving far more assistance than was being provided to him just to get something. Having just moved, he was in a state of desperation and was in a position to accept anything that he could. This was only last wee. He's still hungry and the maltreatment was entirely unnecessary. None of the gentleman working were wearing name tags but can be identified by face.
