Please reconsider if you are thinking of doing business with these people. They are long on promises and really great at apologizing (they get a LOT of practice at that) but really a morally bankrupt company. The city of richfield forced the phone companies to switch to fiber. Their contractor forgot to do the cross connect. That means our fire protection is inop. That voids our fire insurance. Popp refused to repair it right away and passed the buck to centurylink. Anyway while they are finger-pointing, here we sit with 5 of our 6 phone lines down, no burglar alarm and no fire alarm or protection. Fortunately, the CEO is livid and instructed me to get a new phone company that has nothing to do with popp or century link. Unbelievable that these jokers made us wait until normal business hours to get it fixed. It is against the law to knowingly disable a fire panel and they were both made aware of it by the alarm company. I am happily going to file a complaint with whoever has jurisdiction over this....
