Girl, maybe you need a couple months off. No other choice I went to another cell repair kiosk and he hooked me up. Was able to get my IPhone screen fixed within 15 minutes. I wanted to fixed my other phone too but Adde told me it's best to take the loss because of its value. We decided to take it to phone zone for a cheaper repair (quoted less than half the price of apple) and lo and behold it was just a metal piece of the charger like we originally thought. I wanted to be fair and give you the benefit of the doubt before coming back. When I returned, your wife opened the phone only to show me where the battery was located. Instead of listening to my concerns and trying to find a solution, she argued with me and focused on trying to prove that I was wrong. I came in looking for help with an issue that started immediately after the repair, and I expected my concerns to be taken seriously. I had my iPhone screen replaced, and afterward I noticed a significant change in my battery life that I did not have before the repair. When I brought it to your attention, I was told that changing the screen could not affect the battery. What's even more frustrating is that you do not take the warranty seriously. Instead of standing behind your work, your wife made excuse after excuse and dismiss my concerns. I paid to have my phone repaired, and now I'm dealing with a battery issue that wasn't there before. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and take your phone somewhere else!
