BEWARE this location is very unprofessional. Before arriving I called and got a quote of 120$ to replace the back glass of my iPhone. I went in the next day and the guy working said I must have spoken to the owner because he wanted to charge me 160$. However he said it was ok and he would have my phone done in a hour and a half. I left and returned a hour and a half later. I patiently waited thinking it would be done soon. The owner arrived and took over the repair but unfortunately I waited additionally 2 and half hours and was told I had to pay 160$! The next day I learned that my phone flashlight/ camera flash no longer would work. When I went back to the location they refused to fix it and said I could pay for the damage part but I would need to agree to the high possibility of the repair causing MORE damage to my phone. I got my phone screen fixed exactly two weeks ago and purchased a "screen protector" for my iPhone. I am so disappointed, because I paid over $100, and I WISH I would have left my screen broken. The home screen button-- everytime I push it to unlock my iPhone, sounds like a pen clicking & I didn't notice the noise, because this business is in a very LOUD mall and I couldn't hear it. Because I would have never paid for this cheap and poor quality screen. It is so embarrassing, because when I am in meetings and in really quite rooms-- it is so awkward, because you can literally hear me unlock my phone. Also, the "screen protector I purchased has been peeling off since day #2. I do not have a receipt, and stopped by today to ask if they could fix it. They obviously have signs posted for "no refunds," but I was NOT asking for a refund-- just a fix for their mess up. I was extremely nice and the sales associates reply (as he was smiling from ear to ear) was "well you will just have to buy another replacement screen." As if he thought it was funny to rip customers off. I told him I was taking pictures to post on yelp and he started playing around laughing and throwing up hand signs. When he obviously knew I was a very upset customer. I am so shocked and floored, because I can easily pull up the transaction off of my bank statement. This place is unethical, dishonest, and has no customer service. I should have known they were a poor company when I never see customers at their business. Also, As we were walking away this address yelling at us, followed us out of the mall, and followed us to our car. He said he "was recording us and our license plate to call the police on us." I should call the police on him for harassing us down through the parking lot. My advice, Save your money and go to an actual store that uses good quality products and not cheap China products.
