Well first of all, if you are buying your phones on Ebay and then expecting a local telcom company to get them to work perfectly, you might be disappointed. And if you are thinking that any company in this world will work on your broken products, then not charge you if those products are beyond fixing..then you are in for a rude awakening. Nova did a great job installing our CISCO phone system which has been working perfectly for 5+ years now. Their price was the best and the owners are not only professing Christians but also very active in our community. I would always go back to Jim and Matt for my voice & data needs :)

The person I spoke to was named Matt said "no problem", we will send a technician over later today. The technician "Patrick" showed up. N ice enough guy, but clueless when it comes to Cicso IP Phones. BTW, Cicso is an indsutry leader in VOIP phones. Nova (Patrick) supposed to "SIP" enable a phone for us. He could not do it in the office. So he took the phone and said he would return it to us later in the week. Did not happen. We had to call. They mailed the phone back in the very same condition. In other words, they did not do anything to SIP enable the phone. We were finally able to do it. I called Jim (owner) who appeared to show concern at first, but then became unresponsive to my calls and emails. After a dozen or so calls to allow them to correct their problem, I've given up. As a business owner myself, I wanted to give the company every last opportunity to correct their error. or refund my money before I wrote this review. Neither one occurred. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! Yelp needs a "negative star" system.
