First time was when they forgot to properly screw in my screen and left one screw out which ruined my camera lens and got dust inside. Second was when their screen was faulty and stopped working, Third was when their screen had dead spots on the screen. Fourth time they finally got it right but spent hours till it was complete. I gave these guys another opportunity to redeem themselves and tried to order a LG G4 battery and it has been 4 weeks and the response I got from Rick was to go somewhere else since they had no idea when their inventory arrives.. what kinda of business do these people run. Randy was unable to put the protector on the first time. I called and Ricky said to come in so they can look at the phone and put the protector on. (by the way he is NEVER there) After returning a second time for blotches on my screen and to put the protector on Randy was the one who had turned my brightness down! Why would you touch it in the first place? How was I suppose to know that was the cause?? Than again Randy was unable to put the protector on. When I grew frustrated I told him to call Ricky, he told me Ricky DEMANDED he try even though he was never trained. He went through 3 screen protectors making me wait 30 minutes with 2 customers behind me before I told him to forget it and give me my phone. To make matters worse he gave me a screen protector back but it was one he had used! I only realized when I got home and when I called YOU Ricky you didn't give a damn. You messed up and expect me to come to your location 3 times for a mess up???? I don't care if it's a screen protector you don't know how to run a business or talk to customers. WARNING: Do NOT trust this shop with your phone repairs…read more We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement on December 19. From the moment we got it back, the phone was freezing, becoming unresponsive, and the display colors were visibly off -- all signs of a faulty repair or defective part. On March 8, we returned after a thick vertical line appeared on the screen. They replaced it again under warranty, but not before implying my son had caused the damage -- which he firmly denies. That second replacement was done around 1:00 PM. By 7:00 PM the same day -- less than 6 hours later -- the screen stopped working entirely. The screen protector was completely intact, ruling out any physical damage on our end. We are now being told they will not fix it and that WE are responsible for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. This is our third visit for what should have been a simple screen replacement. The pattern is clear -- either defective parts are being used, or the installation quality is poor, and rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the customer. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a phone repair to look elsewhere. This shop takes no responsibility for their own work and will leave you worse off than when you came in.

Bad return policies…read more Bought an upgraded power supply and upgraded video card. I am very tech savvy. For the life of me the drivers would not install. The video card refused to work. There is no logical scenario I could come up with why it would not work. After several attempts I came to the conclusion that either my computer did not like that card, or the card did not like my computer. I took it back to the store. I had every intention to simply get my money back and purchase a new card in the store. Right away I was informed that there is a 10% restocking fee. It says nothing about this on the receipt.The person doing returns saw that I was about to lose it if they were going to try and steal $15 from me, when I hadn't even had the card for 24 hours. I didn't even want a different product, I wanted the same card. They've lost this customer for life.
