My phone screen was shattered from falling in the street and being run over. The first thing Steven told me was it was probably going to be OK because when you looked at it sideways, it had no bends or bows. He said that was key. He also said, he would replace the screen, check it completely out and if it had other problems we could look at costs and decide if it was worth it. If it was bad-he's put my old screen back on/NO CHARGE. I thought that was very fair-because cost is always important to me--but personal service and amiability runs a close second. Very close. This was a polite, engaging and really cool guy to deal with. It was done in less than 2 hours, and I was on my way. Great staff as well. Jason was amazing!! He was so helpful, and energetic! He explained everything to me in detail, and provided the best customer service I have EVER received! My phone was done quickly and was ready for me to pick it up in an hour! The prices were less expensive than over 20 places I called before I came in. So i just want to start off by saying thank you so much to the manager helping me out with my i phone 7 plus, i had gotten my phone fixed like three weeks ago from there sister store in rancho and it just so happen that i notice a crack on the bottom corner of my phone then notice that the actual screen looked like it was painted or as if it had moisture underneath my screen, so because i payed 140 dollars to get it repaired i took it back to see what they could do, so because my phone was cracked they were going to be able to do a one time courtesy fee of $110 to replace the screen due to it being broken anyways make a long story short i called Renee the manager at this location because i was very upset that i was going to have to pay another 110 to fix it . She was VERY understandomg and sympathetic with why i was frustrated. she asked me to bring it in so they can take a look at it, let's just say i went and left very very happy and Will definitely recommend this place to everyone, what phenomenal customer service she has read more

I go in their with a broken IP screen, Takes them about 20 min to swap it out. Everything seemed ok at first. But then I started to notice that the screen would bleed when I lightly touched it in certain areas, also there was 2 very noticeable spots that looks somewhat like burn spots on the corners of the screen. Not only that but they forgot to fully screw in one of the screws so I thought, After taking a closer look come I come to find out that the reason they could not screw it in was because they stripped the screw. I would of gone back to the shop immediately but I was out of the area. When I finally got a chance to go back to the shop 2 days later the guy at the counter tells me that I have to set an appointment for them to take a look at my phone and the next opening was 7 days away!... Their quick to offer their services when your paying but all of a sudden their booked solid for a week when you want them to correct their error? ....The old saying never fails, " you get what you pay for" ...spend the few extra bucks and have the pros do it. read more

the staff was very nice. the repair job on my ipad was great. but about a week after i had paid using a business credit card, i received a call from my bank advising that there had been attempted charges using my credit card number for T Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Net10, Page Plus, and Ultra Mobile service. (ALL OF WHICH ARE COMPANIES THAT PHONE ZONE WIRELESS SERVICES). if it was not an employee... and a customer overheard or memorized my credit card number... then it should have not been accepted by any employee without an ID present. read more

Phone Zone Wireless is the most unhelpful repair store I've been to. Wouldn't you think if you have a repair for your phone they would repair it the right way the first time. Not to them! I had to take my iPhone twice to them for the lock button to be fixed. The first time it was fixed and I paid $50 for both buttons ($45 for the lock $30 for the home usually) , barely after a month my lock button broke again the whole reason I went in there in the first place. I brought it back to them and after some dirty looks were exchanged they repaired it for free. It barely works now, I am not pleased with them at all. Repairing a lock button isn't rocket science. If my button breaks again I'll just go to the swap meet to get it repaired. read more
