Initially, I requested a quote through Yelp to get my MacBook Air battery replaced. Jason was super responsive and nice! I was able to make an appointment easily and come in during the scheduled time. When I came and brought in my laptop, they were able to check me in and told me that it would take about 30-45 minutes for the replacement. That was fine with me! The total I had to pay (which I paid after they were done) was exactly what was quoted via Yelp. Jason cleaned the dust from my laptop, and also made sure my laptop charger was good as well. I was also given some instructions of how to take care of my laptop after the replacement which I appreciated! I've been to two other places before for MacBook battery replacements, and 100% this place has been the best value and service. What an amazing experience. My screen was cracked on 2 ipads and phone zone came to the rescue. Steven and Nick were able to fix the screen and my speaker issue in less than an hour. This place is legit. Professional and very helpful. Steven took a lot of time to help me with setting up new service for my bro's iPhone. It needed to be wiped clean and reset, a screen protector and so on... I was also given a great deal on a special hard core screen guard for my iPhone 5S. He demonstrated on another iPhone with the guard by hitting it with a hammer a bunch of times. Worked for me. Anyway, I feel more secure with the 5S now as it is way better protected now. Anyway, I was pleased with the great prices! I definitely recommend this business. It was recommended to me as a place I could trust. I can finally listen to music in my car again. I've had the iPhone 7 since it came out and tried using a cheap adapter of which did not work. I got off of work at 5pm, made it to the store by 5:10, dropped my phone off to get my shattered screen repaired, went home to take a shower, came back at 5:45pm to pick it up and it was ready with perfect glass, screen protector, and new case all for $100. Man oh man I wish I would have taken a photo of my son's crushed iphone, ran over by an F250. Nick was great and didn't make me feel like an idiot thinking it might be repairable.
