Bottom Line: good, honest local business willing to explain and work with you for your phone needs. The Good: prompt service with honest folks. In replacing my wife's phone battery, they said it could be the issue or it could be something else linked to it that would be really expensive to fix. When we found the battery wasn't the problem, they comped the battery and service charges for us so we didn't have to pay for a broken device. The Bad: staff is sometimes inconsistent in customer service, but they work well as a team and I think that makes up for it. Thought I had a cracked screen (I'm one of those who is always dropping my phone) so I'd been trying to find time to get by Phone Zone Wireless for weeks. Finally on a Saturday afternoon I was free! Steven answered my call and let me know there was no wait--so I could bring the phone and he'd help. I got to the store just as three kids walked in, ugh.
