Bottom Line: good, honest local business willing to explain and work with you for your phone needs. The Good: prompt service with honest folks. In replacing my wife's phone battery, they said it could be the issue or it could be something else linked to it that would be really expensive to fix. When we found the battery wasn't the problem, they comped the battery and service charges for us so we didn't have to pay for a broken device. The Bad: staff is sometimes inconsistent in customer service, but they work well as a team and I think that makes up for it. This place went above and beyond to fix my 14 Plus. They are phone mechanics that KNOW THEIR STUFF ABOUT PHONES. Phone kept turning on and off intermittently. Thought I had a cracked screen (I'm one of those who is always dropping my phone) so I'd been trying to find time to get by Phone Zone Wireless for weeks. Finally on a Saturday afternoon I was free! Steven answered my call and let me know there was no wait--so I could bring the phone and he'd help. I got to the store just as three kids walked in, ugh. But Steven helped them in mere minutes and was available to assess my phone! I removed the case and handed it to him, expecting a $119 bill for a screen. I didn't think they could do it but when Nick (who is highly recommended) said he could get it done before closing and their closing was at 7:00 and it was already 6:10 I was completely surprised and when he called 20 minutes later saying it was done that really made me think no way this was done right but when I got there it was so beautifully perfect and not only that but Nick put the screen protector on for 10 dollars as it is usually 20.
