He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.

It did not work well on the way home (bluetooth connection) and so I investigated further. It was unable to read my SIM card. I took it back to the repair shop and they denied any responsibility and stated it could not be fixed.
