Used this company for an LED dance floor that came with a free 360 photo. Pros: Large LED dance floor for an amazing price. I've called several and this company was by far the best deal hands up. There is a contract written up. On-site attendant to change the colors and patterns of the floor to your lliking. Nice presentation of the 360 photoboth with red carpet, stanchions, and LED lights surrounding. Cons: Attendant did not look presentable for the occasion. There were several occasions where my guests thought he was an unhoused person crashing the party. The attendant's set up took over a large space that was not talked about beforehand. My venue was small and the dj and band had to scramble to find new space and outlets because the attendant had already set up in an area that was already going to be used for others. Attendant wanted to leave the huge LED cases around the venue, in plain sight, Instead of taking them back to the van. 360 videos were grainy. This was free so It didnt really matter to me however, I wouldn't have been happy if I had paid for this service. Overall, I would recommend this company if your looking for the best deal, have a venue with plenty of space, and don't mind the presentation of the attendant. Do check with the company re the space and requirements needed beforehand. Also be aware that the attendant records and posts on their social media for advertising. read more

Met Tony at a Bridal Expo at the anaheim convention center. Called the number on the flyer to speak to Tony because he gave me a deal. So a lady answered (forgot her name) saying that she can help me and not Tony because she does the contracts. So I tried to finalize the contract but we texted back and forth for a couple of days because she would take a day or more to respond. After the last text including the price and what is included with the price given, I informed her that it was incorrect as something was missing in what's included. After that text of me informing her of that mistake, I never received a call or text back. My last text to her was "Thank you for your business" because I was able to book with another vendor and have contract finalized in ONE DAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I have been in contact with many vendors for other things and have NEVER had such bad response times. If they are already bad when it comes to contracting, can't imagine how they would be when it comes to the day of the event. Do your self a favor and book with someone else. We had this Photo Booth service for my daughter's XV in July, 2023. Out of all of our vendors for the event, this service was the only one that did not deliver good service. 1. They only printed out 2 photos per group. It should be the amount of people in the group, so everyone gets to take one home, but they don't. 2. They are incredibly slow. After you take the picture, you have to type in your email address to get a copy of your image. It takes a while to do all the punching correctly. In the entire night, they took 26 pictures. Was it worth the price for 26 pictures? No. 3. The digital image doesn't ever arrive to your email. I had to text text 3 times to get them to send me a copy of the pictures. 4. They have the longest and most strict contract. It is about 20 pages long and they ask you for pictures of the venue and the contract asks for help to bring the mirror down. They didn't actually ask for help though You're liable for the mirror. It's a quite terrifying contract. 5. Lastly, we saw them at the Quinceañera Expo and we're given a coupon that they didn't honor. Oh well. 6. The only reason why I give them 2 stars is because it was a nice layout and I like the 4x6 size of the picture. Hope this helps. Get a different Photo Booth. read more

I met Tony -owner at the universal studio Exposition at the Hilton just 2 weeks prior to my daughters quinceañera. He was very informative about his services. He showed me his work and the video that he included for the $500 4 hour cost. I was very impressed with the mirror photo booth so I made the mistake to cancel the photo booth that I had already hired to use Photoboothmillionaire. I was asked to pay a deposit via Venmo cause he does not accept any other type of payment now I see why. I didn't have Venmo so I asked my daughter to process the payment for me. He called me upset to tell me I was confusing him by having other people involved in the reservation. No manners what so ever to direct himself. Then when it came to choose my template I chose one that he tells me he cannot remove the Mr/ Mrs lettering. This is a 15th birthday why would I want that lettering ? The day of the event this past Saturday a kid maybe 16-18 shows up with his mom and they are the ones running the booth. I was promised 2 professional attendants. The printer breaks down after one hour and all my guest couldn't obtain print outs. They were all told to come back in 20 minutes. Bottom lime is only a few guest got print outs. I paid for unlimited print outs and it's not my problem that their printer broke down. Of course me attending all my other guest I wasn't made aware of this until next day Sunday. I reach out to him to ask about obtaining the gallery and video as promised and I get the cheapest quality video back in where he tells me. " the video is a courtesy so that's the best we could do " seriously I couldn't believe his response. The videos he shares on Facebook are just a catch !! Don't be fooled like I was. Then I had asked one day before the event to get a paid in full invoice till this minute they have ignored me. I've called, texted and no response whatsoever. A business person would take responsibility and offer to reprint all pictures ,. Offer an apology and offer some type of refund. These people are totally about taking their money and not standing behind their word. I was very hesitant to post this even tried calling them one last time to try to find a remediation to this problem. Of course no answer. Worst customer service experience! They were booked back in March made the deposit and signed the contract! Didn't hear from them I wasn't concerned because I READ AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT like they told me to after sending the deposit so I didn't think too much of it and let it go. TWO DAYS BEFORE my event this lady messages me about the parking. Insisting they get the parking spot right in the entrance we needed that space open for valet (which is paid for) I mentioned the valet to her she said I would have to pay the fee for it (smh) I said Ok we will talk when I get to my even personally. Again the day before my even still insisting on that same front parking space now I already have a million things to get done for the next day I am not going to worry about saving you that space when that was not anywhere in the contract I HAVE SIGNED and they didn't not mention to me the parking was going to be an issue (which was not) they made so many excuses about that parking space they really wanted i had them speak to the owner of the venue and he couldn't get them to park where they wanted we were trying to accommodate them by opening the Bach gate for them to unload they didn't want it! They wanted what they were asking for! I even told the lady over the phone that they should have talked to me about the parking situation when I had booked them back in March to give me time to accommodate them and their "expensive " equipment they were worry about getting it stolen. The driver seemed very demanding about it. I booked them from 7-10pm they got to the venue at 5pm and they are just calling me to be there and get them that front parking space. Because I already don't have anything to get done myself right! Anyway i get there i called the girl that kept calling me on my way there. She doesn't answer. I'm talking with the owner and I see the venmo deposit in my account from them. Good thing they did otherwise I would really go out of my way to sue them!! Anyway the owner came through at the end with a photo booth for my even (which he didn't have to) I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as event take planning and time for it to be possible they don't understand because if they don't find that one particular parking spot they will leave! Honestly WORST experience ever. I would never recommend photo booth millionaire to anyone! I wish I would have listened to the other 2 bad reviews that were given to this booth. If I could give 0 stars I would. Tony is the owner, and he's the one who was attending the booth. He's very VERY unprofessional and rude. The first problem that I had was that the photo layout was wrong. I was celebrating my mothers 60th birthday. The layout they made had the wrong name and it read "flirty 30's". When I went to point out the error to Tony he gave me an attitude and said "well that's what you designed". A professional would have apologized for the error. He did "fix" it. But the name was misspelled. I didnt bother to say anything anymore at this point cause it wasn't that much of a big deal. The right spelling was Marta, but he put Martha with an h. No big deal whatever I didnt say anything. He got frustrated and yelled at me in front of my guests. A professional would have pulled me to the side and told me whatever he needed to tell me. I emailed to complain about the service and the errors and the attitude. I got a long defensive response. They claim that I was a malicious customer because I didnt offer water and I made my own album. Well first of all I admit offering him water slipped my mind, I was very busy. But all he had to do was ask and I would have been more than happy to give him water or soda or whatever. Next, they complained that I acted maliciously because I had set up my own album next to the booth for the copies of my mother to go into. I never once asked for an extra copy. I asked Tony how much he would charge me for access to the online gallery so I could access all the other photos my mother was not in at a later time. What I choose to do with my mothers copy shouldn't concern them. Now, had I asked for extra copies to fill my album, then yes I would agree that at that point that would basically be stealing. But I did no such thing. I was emailed and told that Tony was reconsidering giving me access to the online gallery since I had made my own album (again it was only with my mothers copies, I never asked for extras). I was told I would get a call from Tony. Its been a week and a half now and I never got a call. I emailed them asking them for access to the online gallery I paid for OR a refund for it. Never heard from them, they just ignore me. Overall, terrible experience. Not only was he rude to me, but he was also rude to my guests. Many people complained to me about him. Seriously, book another photo-booth this place is NOT worth it. read more

I Used Photo Booth Millionaire for my wedding at hotel indigo in DTLA. I had previously done a lot of research on photo mirrors and found that almost all were super expensive. Thankfully I found Photo booth millionaire at a bridal show. They were so affordable and there photo mirror was top of the line (and I'm very picky). Tony did a great job of returning my texts and contacting me before the event. He came on time and set up everything beautifully. He provided a large range of props that were in new condition. He also gave the option of emailing the picture in addition to printing out copies. Also, to my surprise he made a copy of all my guests pictures and put them in a photo album for me. For a small extra fee I was able to personalize the pictures with our names, date and wedding info. Our guests had so much fun and it was so fun looking at everyone's pictures acting silly. Please don't hesitate to hire them. I wasn't sure if I could rely on them because they were so much cheaper than other photo mirrors. But I'm glad I did.
