The Photobox LA team was wonderful to work with and added such a fun element to our summer wedding at the Smog Shoppe! Photobox set up in the little pink closet, and it was a perfect location. Their set up and strike was so fast and their crew was friendly and attentive! It was so much fun to see our guests enjoying themselves with the photo booth and walking around with strips of photos showing each other. We also got copies of all of the pictures on a disk so we get to look back whenever we want and laugh all over again. Tyler was so wonderful to work with. As an event planner, PhotoBoxLA.com is a dream to work with and the pictures come out amazing. Great quality images! I have worked with them for three events (one wedding at SmogShoppe, one networking event and a birthday party) and can't wait for the next opportunity to bring them on board. They are able to set up any where and add that little extra piece to making all parties a success. Everyone loves a photobooth and the nice thing about theirs is you can easily fit four people or more! If you have an event and also need a photographer, I highly recommend using their combo package. Photobox set up shop at our wedding at the Smog Shoppe. Having a photo booth set up at the wedding was a fantastic idea. Our guests loved that damn photo booth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the pictures printed out right then and there. It took about 15 seconds to get a print out. Combine props, photo booth, instant pictures, guests and alcohol = great time. This is a no brainer to anybody having an event at Smog Shoppe if you ask me. You'll get to enjoy and relive the moments for long time to come after the CD gets sent to you as well. read more

we used PhotoboxLA for our wedding in may. we got married at the smog shoppe and used the wall succulents as the background for the photobooth. we initially wanted fun activities for our guests (ping pong, donut maker, etc). but it was kind of expensive for our small wedding and settled on just a photobooth (it was enough!). the photobooth was super popular and i can't imagine our wedding without it. if there is something you are going to splurge on, make it this! the contract is for 3hours but our planner recommended adding another hour. Tyler and Terence were professional and wonderful. I loved looking at all the pictures after (you get a cd at the end of the night). Thank you PhotoboxLA! read more

PhotoboxLA RULES! We just had them at our SmogShoppe wedding last month and I'm so happy that we decided to add them on. They are great to work with, Tyler is such a sweetheart. If you are having a SmogShoppe wedding, you must get PhotoboxLA. They are just perfect, take up no extra space, are WAY cheaper than any other photobooths and the quality of the images is WAY better than any competitors. We got copies of all of our guests photos the night of the wedding along with a DVD with all the images right away. It was so great to have some photos the day after the wedding and everyone had SO much fun in the photobox! They are the best. Do it! Your guests will LOVE it! So fun! read more

Photo Box LA provided 3 hours of service for our wedding at Smogshoppe last month. We chose the photobooth that fits inside the Smogshoppe closet. I was very impressed by the quality of the photos as they were printed, and I also liked that the technician was quick to troubleshoot any problems but otherwise let guests do their thing and have fun. Emailing with Tyler prior to our event was easy, and we received a lot of information prior to the event about our options and what to expect. When we let Tyler know that our CD with all the night's pictures had been damaged, she was quick to respond and super nice about sending us another copy. read more

Owner Tyler Chou is not only gorgeous but she was so incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the planning process. I can't say enough good things about Tyler, her husband Terrance and their company. Genuine enthusiasm and patience from your wedding vendors definitely goes a long way, especially if you're planning from out of state like we were. That and PhotoBox LA has a photo box specially made to fit inside the pink closet space at the SmogShoppe (where we got married)! Terrance actually made it for their own wedding at the SmogShoppe. This is super convenient when you're pressed for space and I personally think it looks better than having a free-standing booth in the patio or dinning area. This and Tyler's amazing customer service is what ultimately convinced us to go with Photobox LA over any other company. What's also cool is that you can customize the banner at the bottom of the print-outs. So we had our names and the date/location of the wedding in the font that we used throughout the wedding and had it against a mustard yellow background (one of our wedding colors). We could have even customized the back curtain to match out wedding colors but ended up just using Tyler's beautiful brown curtain which looks really fresh and sophisticated in the photos. Tyler also comes equipped with a great array of props which work particularly well once the guests have had a few drinks! The prints come out super quick and you can take more than one set of photos without any lag time. Overall, great customer service and great quality photos! Oh and I forgot to mention that you get a CD of all the photos at the end of the reception too! This is great for posting the photos on Facebook or Picassa and sharing them with your guests. I highly recommend getting a scrapbook for your guests to glue their extra copies in. Guests write THE most entertaining and hilarious notes! Our photo booth scrapbook is one of our favorite mementos from our wedding. Tyler also has a fun blog! It's really cool to see your wedding featured here :) Thanks Photobox LA!!! My husband and I got married this last August (2011) at the Smog Shoppe in Culver City. We had gotten engaged the previous November, and I, having had no event planning whatsoever in past experience, immediately set out on the daunting task of organizing a large wedding. Yay for PhotoboxLA! My husband and I had the pleasure of PhotoboxLA's fabulous photobooth and photos as a feature at our wedding in the Pacific Palisades in February. Instead of wedding favors, we thought our guests would enjoy taking home some fun photos from our wedding day. PhotoboxLA was a huge hit! First, it kept our nieces and nephews (and their parents!) occupied and happy for hours. Second, we went home with a disk of every print that our guests made, which, I assure you, is hugely entertaining and a great keepsake of your wedding day.
