They worked with me and my step-daughter, as I live out of state to coordinate, sign the contract, best time of day for outdoor photos etc. Mrs. Kane was great at counseling us on clothing choices and poses. We did one where we all wore our professional football teams jerseys and those turned out excellent. The gardens were very nice during the fall and we were able to get some good shots outside. They give you the option of just getting a DVD of your photos or they can print your photos as well, whatever works best for you. We got the DVD. It comes in a nice case and it has one of the photos on the face of the disc. I thought that was a nice touch. The overall experience was very positive and fun! You also receive a disk that has your photos on it, and you can take it anywhere to get other prints at anytime! With their release form of course! Our pictures came our beautifully!
