She shot the first day and posted a video that looks like she completely altered my appearance (my husband took a picture of me before the shoot began). I reached out to her inquiring about what she'd done to alter my appearance as I'm pretty sure it was done out of jealousy. She was so rude that I cancelled the contract and asked for a refund which she was also dishonest about. After the situation she took to social media and lied stating that a client cancelled their contract because it turns out she (the client which is me) was not happy with her (Kaili's) previous work. That could not be farther from the truth. Why would anyone decide to do business with someone if not happy with a 'business's" previous work. Furthermore, I contacted her via phone (from a different number) regarding my refund and she literally hung up in my face. She's very dishonest, disrespectful, jealous, unprofessional and I honestly believe she's mentally unstable.

Now I have hired some good photographers over the years, but Mr. Matthew Chambers is the best Photographer I have had since I took W. H. Illingworth out to the Black Hills back in 1874. I have asked my Miss Libby to sit for a photograph by Mr. Matthew. I wanted something spicy I could take with me out on the plains. However, Miss Libby is just too shy to sit for a picture these days. She says she don't look as fetching as she used to now that she's a Ghost. The photographer only took two or three pictures of each backdrop with the family. My first thought was, "Wow, this photographer really knows what they are doing." WRONG. Putting aside the aperture and lighting being less than sub par.... All of the pictures are extremely grainy. None of them can be printed at a large scale print. My family cannot have these pictures redone. I would not recommend this photographer to anyone.
