We decided to have a photo booth sort of last minute (2 weeks before our wedding), and we had a specific budget in mind for this. Denise was completely willing to work with us on this so we were able to get what we wanted at a price that worked for us, I really appreciated that! They refuse to give our money back, and cannot come to the moved date. We would even be willing to accept half the money, but they said no. I just feel that with the devastation of having to move our wedding and not have it as we always dreamed due to Covid, a wedding business should understand and be empathetic. It is sad that during this difficult time, this company refuses to refund any of the money during these unprecedented times. All I asked was for half the money back, how unethical during a pandemic.
