It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!

It made the planning process so much easier because his site included a clear inquiry form, detailed descriptions of what to expect with each package, and plenty of high-quality examples of his previous work. During the inquiry phase, he asked me to send over inspiration photos. He then took those ideas and created a custom mock-up to show exactly what he had in mind for the space. I was so so so so so happy! They were so quick to respond. Assured me my problem was solved and I had nothing to worry about. Which was exactly the case. They arrived promptly at the time scheduled. I think a bit early if I remember correctly!! They were friendly with me and extra friendly with my husband (in the photo) as he's fluent in Spanish. I wish I had gotten a bigger one which was an error on my end as they disclosed the size and I completely ignored it. Because I was just so happy to have found something. We ended our party about 2 hours early as it was FREEZING outside. I called to inform them about this and they were back in about 30 minutes.
