We found Sai and Krazee Photobooth (guess they're called Swag now) through an Amazon deal, and hired them for our November wedding. We had been in the hunt for a photobooth for many months for our wedding, and couldn't find any with the right combination of booth (we wanted it to hold at least five people), price, and quality. We also wanted one that provided props, printed photo strips for our guests, and provided a CD for us at the end with all our images. Sai came through big time on all counts, without some of the ridiculous markups we had with other photobooth quotes ($100 for props, really??). He was responsive and easy to work with in the initial scheduling/contract phase, and got back in touch without us hounding him to help us work out some set-up logistics as well as square away the custom graphic for our photo strip in the weeks before the wedding. On the day of, we walked into a perfect set up with no snags, and were happy to see guests already making use of the booth. We weren't sure whether people would actually use it much, but it was a huge hit and was just packed with people all night. One of the greatest things Sai did was track down myself and my bride to be sure we got a photo set together, and it resulted in one of our favorite shots of the night (nothing like a bride in a Viking hat, I always say). The photo CD came in a few weeks later, just as promised, and we had a great time seeing the tons of fun our guests had throughout the night (including several groups of eight packed in there!). I would absolutely recommend Krazee Photobooth/Swag for any and all of your photobooth needs. Sai was mellow and easygoing in dealings with him, but responsive and professional to the core. And the product, from the actual booth itself, to the props, to the photos themselves, really and truly speaks for itself. I hired Swag for my wedding on 4/15/2012 and they were awesome. I lucked out and found them through a Amazon living social deal. I hadn't heard of them before but figured the price was so great I might as well take a chance - and I'm so glad I did!! Everyone at my wedding had a ton of fun using the props and taking some funny pictures. I think people actually spent more time hanging out at the photo booth than they did on the dance floor! Sai & Bronwyn are easy to work with and very responsive to emails. They provided us with a disk of all the pictures afterwards which was great because some people took both of their copies home instead of leaving one for us in the guest book. My fiance and I used Krazee Photo Booth for our wedding on 10/29 and it was awesome! We were both on the fence about spending the extra cash for a photo booth, but we're so glad that we did. To say that it was a hit with our guests would be a huge understatement (even our parents and older relatives visited the booth -- and they each did it several times!). Sai was very professional and had great props (boas, hats, funny glasses, etc) for everyone to use. The booth was set up on time and was ready to go when the reception started. I recently attending a wedding that used Swag Bunch as the photo booth vendor, and it was one of the best photo booths I've seen. The booth itself is large -- we had upwards of 10 people in there at once and everyone fit into the picture. There were props for people to use for dress up, as well, which is always fun. The photos themselves were super high quality, and could be printed in black/white or color. We got two sets of prints per photo booth session, and the photos are also all posted online. The bride & groom were also able to customize the logo on the photos, so everyone went home with a nice souvenir. I know by the end of the wedding people were starting to get a bit crazy (in the best way possible), and the Swag Bunch crew was able to accomodate everyone while still acting very professional. The photo booth was a wonderful addition to our wedding! The guys were great at getting photos taking as well as directing our guests to add their photo strip to our book. They were upbeat and wonderful - even though they were in a tent with no heating on possibly the coldest/wettest day in SF. I would highly recommend them. The one suggestion I have (which I let them know as well - they were open to the feedback) is to watch out for the props. Everyone at our wedding loved the huge sunglasses (they were very cool), however, they cover up your whole face and everyone used them = everyone looks the same and it is hard to tell who is who. Where do I start... I was shopping around for something fun to entertain our guests at my daughter's 18th/Graduation Party. Of course, on a mom budget and last minute planning, as well. I contacted Krazee Photo Booth (KPB), after contacting 2 other companies and got very similar pricing but definitely not the level of customer service I received from Sai!!! KPB was the only company who contacted me after receiving pricing and information and honestly wanted to work within my budget and party schedule! From timing and logo implementation, Sai was great with all of it! The night of the party, I already had the spot planned out for them to setup, unfortunately there wasn't enough power outlets to supply the booth. Since I was hostess and running around like a mad woman, Sai & his beautiful assistant, his wife, took it upon themselves to find another alternative. They setup right away and our guests had a blast with the props and making not only souvenirs for themselves, but memories for us to enjoy! The icing on the cake, is of course the CD! Found Sai and Bronwyn through a Living Social deal actually. During that time, there were actually a few deals going on with photobooths, but their set-up seemed to be the best. I wanted something enclosed, good quality and a good deal for our wedding last week. I emailed a few places and these guys were the first to email me back. This was true whenever I emailed them, they were extremely fast in their responses and left no question unanswered. They also emailed me a few weeks in advance just to check up on us! Definitely appreciated that touch. Their photostrips were pretty typical, but I liked the fact that we could customize the top of the strip and that it wasn't a small logo either. The guests absolutely LOVED the photobooth and couldn't get enough. Their props weren't cheap (which was something I worried about), their strips were clean and crisp and I loved the fact that they uploaded all their photos the DAY after the wedding. The guests loved the fact that they could download the original photos from the site. Super happy with their work and their attendant. These people used Living Social via Amazon to sell their premium product for half off. The terms of the agreement was that they were not to be contacted until 8/29 after the offer was closed. However, they took orders on 8/26 and did not honor the terms of their agreement which I have in writing. If they can't honor a contract, good luck getting them to service your event. read more

SWAG did the photo booth at our wedding on 4/22 - looks like a bunch of other people did the same Amazon deal that we did. They arrived early, got the booth set up, and were very helpful to all of our guests. The book they brought for the guests to put their pictures in and write messages was super cute and much better than we could have anticipated. They did a great job with the props (fun colors, lots of choices, and ridiculously well organized) and I know some of our guests were having so much fun, they spent all their time in the photo booth and didn't come out for the rest of the wedding haha. Sai & Bronwyn did a great job of responding to us and helping us with the design of our prints and sent us a CD of all the photos right away. Loved these guys... super on top of things, easy to work with, fast turnaround on the images -- and a total hit at our wedding! The props were fun, and there were quite a few, but I would have loved to have a few more to choose from. I'm sure our group is in the minority as far as desire for more props -- as we dress up in crazy outfits as often as we can. The team was professional and the booth was very nice too. The only feedback I would give is that we had many guests asking how they can access their photos online the next few days. I've seen other photobooths put little stickers on the back of the pics with the link on them which I thought was really useful. If Swag Bunch did that too, it would put them over the top. read more

We had Krazee Photo Booth at our wedding two weekends ago and it was a hit with all our guests! The photo strips came in color or black-and-white and had our custom logo on top! They had plenty of props that everyone had a blast mixing and matching. Sai and his brother was at the booth the whole time to make sure everything ran smoothly. Swag Photo Booth was a hit at our son's bar mitzvah party! It was not only a hit with the teenage friends, but also the adults at our party who had a great time taking pictures with and without the variety of props. The pictures were great, two copies of each strip printed immediately after the pictures were taken. PLUS they uploaded all of the pictures to an online website for us, and sent us a CD with all of the pictures and strips on it as JPG files, in high resolution--it arrived less than a week after the event. Swag does NOT put a restriction or copyright on your use of the photos--a pet peeve of mine among many photographic services that do portraits or work events. The booth attendant arrived on time, set it up without problem, had everything up and going quickly. He operated the booth throughout the night, "drumming up business" and handing out the picture strips...then quietly put everything away at the end of the evening. Very professional.
