Shauna PERSONALLY REQUESTED to shoot my family photos free of charge in exchange for a promotional photo crediting her be posted on my and my husbands instagram pages. I agreed( and fully intended to full compensate her by tip for her time/work). Over the course of a month, she cancelled LAST MINUTE within a couple hours of our scheduled shoot time, THREE SEPARATE TIMES!!! After the 3rd time I asked if she had a reschedule date or if she changed her mind about doing it completely and she copped an attitude. So very unprofessional. In my profession I give away free things from time to time not expecting anything in return, but Who offers free shit and then gets a shitty attitude about it? Her pics are mediocre at best and trust me after reading her ridiculous contract and dealing with her snide attitude, it's definitely not worth the headache. Book elsewhere. Shauna poor delusional you. When did I request your services? Never. I have you in my inbox requesting to shoot us for free for exposure for YOU. Also How was I to know your child was in hospital? You didn't relay that info to me? Your exact words were that I was "established" which was your reasoning for asking for free publicity from me and my man. I was looking for a professional when you requested that we do YOUR AMATUER ASS a favor. I agreed to use you only because you came to me for a service. Which you showed up for on the wrong day and I found a babysitter asap to accommodate you. And my daughters bday is on sept20th no one was scheduled or rescheduled that week so stop lying. Make business with her is really difficult. After arranging a coupon she was very fast in printing the certificate and collecting the agreed payment. When it came to schedule the shooting, the proposed time was months out, but we all confirmed the schedule. Weeks later she needed to reschedule and finally canceled the engagement. Last month my family and I had our second session with Shauna and just like the first, we had an awesome experience! Our first session was very comfortable, for lack of a better word. Took photos for our engagement and they came out great. As for our wedding pictures thats another story. 90%of them were horrible. Not to mention she deleted pictures before even showing or asking if we wanted them eventhough I personally asked for her to take those shots on the day of the wedding. I was very proffesional when letting her know I did not like most of tbe pictures and all she could bring up is the contract. I could care less about the money. If I asked for certain shots then that ment I wanted them. She also brought up that she had to pay for childcare so she could shoot my wedding-that has nothing to do with my wedding. She is scared to drive over the bridge and asked to ride with us and ofcourse that was not a probalme at all but I guess she was late picking up her child. Not my problem, you wanted a ride so unfortunally you have to wait since my family and friends has to take pictures. Her work is truly elegant and speaks for itself. She masters the camera. In my opinion she should be charging more for the quality of her work. I was referred to Shauna by someone in a mommy group. I wanted to do a boudoir shoot for my husband for Christmas. I emailed her and she responded almost right away and we worked together to set up a time. She was very helpful and answered all questions I had, and when she wasn't able to get the original venue that she wanted she worked to secure another location.
