After weeks of waiting and making over a dozen trips to the delivery address to check for the prints, I contacted the company. I was told by Betsy that the order was "lost in the mail." That's it. No real solution, no accountability. What's unacceptable is that they sent paid orders with no tracking. Apparently, they're willing to be cheap with shipping while customers are left dealing with the fallout. I paid a premium expecting prompt, reliable delivery -- not to chase down a missing order. To make matters worse, Betsy's attitude during the conversation was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this inconvenience was somehow my problem instead of theirs. At this point, I'm still out the prints, out the time, and left with zero resolution. The least they could do is provide the digital copies for free, but even that hasn't been offered. Poor service, poor communication, and no ownership of their mistake. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you're willing to risk your money and time.
