How does one of the premiere photo labs in the WORLD have only three reviews? I've spent tens of thousands on processing in LA and NYC and I have to say Photovision exceeds the service and quality of those labs every time I drop off film for processing and scanning. The staff is conscientious and helpful in every sense of those words. I know I can soup my own stuff in the lab I have at home but it's just so much easier to have Photovision do it for me. I kinda just stick to printing at home. As long as I shoot film and film is available this is my "must-call" lab of choice and I recommend it to all of my colleagues. I LOVE Photovision. Previously used a lab in San Francisco where they treated me like a low-life. I ended up sending film to a lab online. Then last year I found Photovision. They are incredible. Great turnaround times, timeless scans, even give advice and are just so nice about everything, I honestly won't go anywhere else now. There's even a local lab who are very good here in SoCal, but I'd still prefer to mail my film in to Photovision and wait the extra few days. They really are that good. Hands down BEST photo lab in the area! Its tucked away off of Market street, across from Fred Meyers. They were recommend to me by my wedding photographer. They are an all in one lab. They make prints, film processing, scanning, video transferring, frames and so much more. Once you enter you are always greeted by someone more then happy to help you. There isn't anything those people can do. I had them remove something from a wedding picture then blow it up to 20x30. They framed it too. It came out amazing, everyone always compliment the photo. It was true quality, I wouldn't have trust anyone else with such an important job like that. They also the only place that can disposable cameras in a day. Photovision is a gem for those of us photographers who still shoot film regularly. I was recommended too them via a facebook group that I'm in. Not only do they provide excellent costumer service, their prices are very competitive, they're quick for a film lab (8-10 days for your scans to come back) but they're ordering process makes it easy to get great results from the get go. I'm not even in OR, and I use them.. :) I plan on sending them a few rolls in the next few days. Highly recommend them, and would use them again, again. I don't review business often on YELP, but when I do, it's because they're top notch, like Photovision. I have used PhotoVision a few times in the past year and have been pleased though they're on the expensive side. This most recent visit was VERY disappointing! Brian took care of me ... I wanted something photo shopped out of a picture, then a canvas made. He said 5 days. It wasn't ready in 5 days, but in 8, and when I went to pick it up he had forgotten to photo shop it. So, another week, and when I went to pick it up he had 'mirrored' the sides (which I've never seen done) and it looked awful. So, another week. When I went to finally pick it up I thought maybe he'd offer me a discount or a gift card, but nothing. I'll take my future photo needs to Costco. read more
