I am also posting this review for the Lancaster Drive store, for exactly the same reasons. Depending on what part of town I'm in, Office Depot has Salem covered.

Not having received an email notifying completion, I called at 6:30pm. Apparently their print guy didn't come in today. There was zero effort made to notify anyone waiting for prints. They said they could do part of the order for me but despite it being posted online they were open until 8pm, they were closing at 7pm. There was no way to make it in time. This is not the first time their print center fell well below expectations but I risked using them again because they are closer than other options. NEVER AGAIN! I wish I could give negative stars. Absolutely terrible.

Ms. Katy at Commercial Business Furniture was able to get me fitted to the proper chair (spent a solid 30 minutes with me, trying different ones in her nice showroom). We found the one, and it was delivered less than 3 weeks later. Her delivery guy, Josh, did a great job walking me through all the features and made sure the various adjustments were set correctly for me. We have been looking about a month and it has been very frustrating search. All that changed when we went to Commercial Business Furniture. The guy that helped us listened to our needs and spent quality time with us. I'd also like to add that I was raised in a family business household that stressed quality service to our customers. It was drilled into my head on how you treat your customers from a very early age and that applied to all areas (on the phone, in person service, and product information.) This company hits five stars in all of these areas.

    I pride myself on being a fairly easy-going person when it comes to customer-service businesses,…read morebut Dial A Tech just about pushed me over the edge. My overall experience with this business was unbelievably frustrating with an unhappy ending. First, the clerk behind the counter: When I took my PC laptop to be fixed, I mentioned to the clerk that I hadn't used this laptop since December because I got a Macintosh. This harmless statement sent him into a tizzy about how overrated Macs were, how the company has ignored problems with its security, etc. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, everyone is entitled to his or her own opinion, but he continued with his rant far beyond what was necessary. After stepping down from his PC-loving soapbox, he took my personal information and told me that if the technician ran into any problems I would be called. He also said that it would take about 2 and half days to fix. Finally, he handed me an orange claim check, informing me that they would not return my computer if I did not present this ticket. After a week and a half, I hadn't heard from them, so I called. I was asked for my claim check number, put on hold for several minutes, then was asked for my last name, only to be put on hold again. I was finally informed that my computer was in pieces on a workbench, and the technician working on it was currently not there, but that he would call me that afternoon with an update. To date, I have never actually heard from this mysterious technician. Another week passed, so I called yet again, with the same pattern as above. This time, however, I was told that my computer was irreparable and that it should be recycled. Okay, that's fine, not the end of the world, and I don't doubt that they did everything they could to fix my computer (always the eternal optimist). My problem is that it took over two weeks for them to tell me this, and I had to call them to find out my computer was heading to the computer-heaven (or hell, depending on how you look at it). They never tried to call me like they said they would. And I know they had my correct phone number because I gave it to them again after the first call. I feel that I was stringed along unnecessarily because the problem with my computer was probably pretty visible sitting on the workbench. So, overall, I would not recommend Dial a Tech for your computer repair needs. I'm sure there are other places out there who can complete the job without the headache and with follow through.
