Yesterday when I picked up my 2 pair they were laid on the table and I was told to try them on. I expressed that my right eye had a vision issue as if it was a smudge on the lense. When I brought it up, I was told thats how progressives are, mind you I have been wearing progressives for around 3yrs. They dont fit comfortably on my ears either but she just brushed me off and told me to give it 5 to 7 days. Your vision should improve, not get worse when you pick up a new pair amd be expected to wear glasses that are blurry. $450 later to need my previous glasses to see clearly.

What rating would they expect? By the way, when they examine your eyes you only get a written prescription if you pay an extra $49 beyond your insurance (Medicare & Aetna; Medicare will be contacting them); I paid the extra and still didn't get a written prescription!!

After wearing them for a week, they gave me headaches and really didn't allow me to see any better. I took them back to get a refund and another pair of glasses. That didn't happen, and the best they could do is give me a pair of bifocals, which were no better. I tried to take them back a get a refund for everything; that didn't happen either. I ended up with a super expensive pair of bifocals, with a limited sight area. They recently called me back to confirm a follow up appointment, that I never scheduled. I let them know I had a very bad experience my first visit, and that I would no be returning. Without even asking me about the bad visit, or even offering an apology, the person said "I'll mark your account, so we don't bug you anymore"; then hung up on me. I don't recommend this place.

When I got home, I pulled the previous 2 exams and the prescription looked wildly off so I scanned the three prescriptions and emailed them, asking to have the doctor review them since I did not want to order lenses that may not be correct. A week went by and no reply.... The previous prescription the doctor wrote but the staff couldn't give it to me when I was leaving because the doctor had left for the day - the prescription has an electronic signature so I don't get that at all! I just don't get the incompetence of this office and their staff. This is the second bad experience but there won't be a third.

Isiack is very personable and friendly. I look forward to seeing him at each appointment. Dr. Sprouse is the star. It helps to have confidence in the person who is looking out for your eye health, which I do.
