I've been going to this store every two weeks for almost two years. There is no signs that members are required to make an appointment or walk-ins are not accepted to use the services there and no one has ever told me you must make an appointment or else. Today I was told that they are all booked up despite being there at 12:45pm and they close at 6 pm. As a matter of fact the girl had the balls to tell me I could come back tomorrow. This place has four sauna rooms and at a glance they were all vacant according to the signs hanging on each door. I decided to hang around and use the foot bath extending my time there. After one hour, I noticed only one person showed up to use the sauna. Still no one in the other three rooms. As I was leaving at 1:45pm, I heard conversation being had by the staff that the two people at 2:30 are either delayed or now not coming because of an issue with their pet. So ur holding 3 rooms for 2 people with possible appointments at 2:30 and telling members they are physically there that ur all booked up for the day? I feel so disrespect. Who r u to deny paying customers who use the service for health reasons? Feeling really disappointed and upset; I may cancel my service and go elsewhere. I have to tell you that this place is going downhill very very quickly because of the "Manager" Eric. He is just rude and unprofessional. When I tell you that this guy is disrespectful almost instantly when you walk into the place you can just feel his negative energy. People are nice but unfortunately if you're a hard working New Yorker it's difficult to go to. They won't let you cancel a membership online or over the phone. They've been hitting my bank account for months. The WILL NOT help you at all in that perspective which is a shame. Love, love this place. The staff, well James in particular is awesome. He's very informative and will actually talk with you while your filling up your water, so there's weird silence. Anyways I started going to Phountain about a year or two now, before they opened up this location, I started at the Massapequa location but when they opened this one, I've been coming here ever since, due to the closeness of my house. If you want to start living healthier lives I recommend this place is where you begin, yes go to the gym but that's just working on the outside, we have to start with the inside first. The alkaline water helps build up the Ph levels in your body and their green ph factor is awesome, I drank it every morning and added to my smoothies as well, and within a week I noticed a difference in my energy level and everything in it is all green, no added things that are unhealthy for you. I will say the prices are a little expensive for the products there but in doing a search to compare, it's about the same everywhere. Even if you don't do the green factor at least start with the water and work your way up. read more

I love Phountain!! Unfortunately for me they changed their pricing. The new monthly membership doesn't work for me as I don't use the services that come with it. The monthly water card doubled in price almost. So they priced me and most of my friends that would go right out the store. Great. The team here is exceptional, the place is very clean, and the products really make a difference in my energy level. The 3 step detox service is my favorite thing I do for myself. James in this store is extremely knowledgable and personal. He does an amazing job of making you believe in the product. Because of him I have referred people to do the phountain demonstration and learn about the benefits. He greets customers by name and does a tremendous job of helping people get healthy. Horrible customer service. Purchased a one-week trial on Groupon in August that I used for one week. Spent $90 on their starter package of greens and chocolate shake mix. I found a Groupon today December 31 for three infrared sauna treatments so I purchased it. I called today to make an appointment I told the lady I had a Groupon she said OK if I used a Groupon in August I may not be able to use it but she would let me know when I came in but I explain to her that that was a different service that I purchased and there is nothing stated in the fine print other than this Groupon can be re-purchased every 180 days. However it was a different Groupon that I purchased and used in the summertime. I wasted my time and came here to have a woman with horrible customer service say I'm sorry I spoke to my manager and you can't use it even though it's a different group on you use the other one 126 days ago ridiculous I'm never coming back here read more
