However, upon calling to schedule my appointment I was informed politely by Kelly that the groupon is only for upper or lower legs (despite groupon listing it as a medium area) and that should I want my full legs done I would need to pay a $100 upgrade fee. She stated that it was a mistake on groupons part. I have gone back onto groupon and THE SAME EXACT GROUPON is still being listed showing "full legs" as a large area. Therefore, I highly doubt that it is a mistake on groupons part. Anyway, I scheduled an appointment and it was canceled several times. Very displeased. Tried to get a refund through Groupon but she had redeemed it despite me NEVER HAVING BEEN THERE! That is unacceptable and wrong. ADDENDUM: Kelly, this was a review I had created waaay back when I lived in Michigan but I never posted. Today I went through all my unposted reviews and posted them. THIS IS NOT FALSE WHATSOEVER. I very specifically recall all the details and everything I have written is 100% accurate and true. Unfortunately. And as you can see you did redeem my Groupon though I never saw you for treatment.

Shortest facial ever. I found out that the person doing this was not a licensed esthetician, and that she was being trained by the owner. Then the owner does not know what a facial amounts to. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, and I regret not leaving after the consultation, which was basically just a price estimate with no clear explanation. Roda was unprofessional and unclear throughout the process. She didn't even tell me how many units of Dysport she was injecting into my forehead--just quoted me $300 and did only three pokes. I thought it was odd but went ahead with it. Today, I went back for my "two-week follow-up," hoping to address my concerns about the results. I told her I wasn't happy, but instead of offering a solution, she said, "I think it's good, you don't need any more." Her response was dismissive--especially when I explained that I wanted less movement and fewer lines. It felt like she didn't care what I wanted because, apparently, she's happy with the results, so that's all that matters, right? My face, my unhappiness, but as long as she's happy, everything's fine. Even worse, during my original appointment, Roda assured me that if I wasn't satisfied with the results after two weeks, I could come back for adjustments. Today, she completely ignored that promise. The office staff wasn't much help either. When I called to inquire about my appointment, they were clueless. Please, do your research before choosing where to go for any treatments. Trusting your face to someone who doesn't listen to your concerns is a huge risk. This place did not meet the standard of care I was expecting.
