Hello, Hope everyone is having a great day! I am writing this review to talk about how amazing Zeiva professional center is! I've been a customer since 2015, I remember the first time walking into Zeiva's professional center. The office is very clean and organized, it grabbed my attention right away. Zeiva greeted me at the door with a smile on her face and new exactly who I was. She took me into her office to see if I would be a good candidate for laser on my face (although I've been going to other places before) by looking at my face I was a good candidate. I had told her about other places and how uncomfortable I felt because I was not able to go to school or work with burn marks on my face. Zeiva assured me she would never let that happen to me. She took me into one of the rooms so she could do my face (same day) which I was grateful for.. I was always so self conscious about my face. Zeiva made sure she informed me that depending on my hormones, the hair could grow back the next day, but it takes a full TEN days to fall out. I felt so confident in myself after seeing the results I decided to schedule again. Only the day I scheduled Zeiva wasn't there, so Dareen, had me go in with Sawsan, and let me tell you! Sawsan has been working on me since September of 2015 on my face.. One season I had with her she asked me why don't I do my whole body. Honestly the whole though of me being in pain wasn't not a good thing. Lol but Sawsan promised and reassured me that it would not hurt at all.. so I took her word for it. Since summer of 2016 I have been going to Sawsan to do full body. Let me tell you how blessed I am for her. She literally does such an amazing job. She does not miss an inch, she goes over to make sure she doesn't miss. I've had friends and family tell me how clear my skin is and it's all thanks to Sawsan! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have the confidences that I have. The ladies at Zeiva professional center have made my Laser experience so much more worth it. Anytime I had a problem I would talk to Zeiva or Sawsan and they both would go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I want to start off by saying that HANDS DOWN Zeiva is the best aesthetician that I have ever been to 10 out of 10 experience .. I've been going to her for about a year now and when I say the way she makes you feel even before the service is so warm and beautiful and the way she takes her time with you and talks you through everything you can really tell that she loves what she does .. my results have been beautiful and for me to be a girl of a deep melanin complexion many people don't know how to handle my skin properly .. I get full face laser and she also handles the hyperpigmentation on my chest from time to time and she eats everytime even my husband is planning on going to her and loves how she treats me and my skin .. a lot of my friends go to her as well .. everyone is sooo nice and professional Zeiva has really become family in my opinion and she doesn't discriminate no matter what!! I previously got laser hair removal done (at a different place), and was not happy with my results. I went shopping around for places for laser hair removal and my friends told me about Zeiva. I went to another place down the road that quoted me a slightly cheaper price for full body, but I just didn't trust them. I finished my first treatment with Zeiva the other day and I can already see results (knock on wood). The machine was amazing, the pain was non-existent, and my hair has yet to come back! I was definitely in good hands! People should seriously put their trust into Zeiva! When people quote you a cheap amount for FULL BODY don't trust them! A friend of mine referred me to Zeiva and after seeing her results I was convinced this was the best investment and gift for myself. Zeiva and her staff welcomed me with open arms and made me feel very comfortable. I decided to do the full body laser treatment and electrolysis on my face with Samar. Electrolysis cleared my face after many years of waxing and shaving. I can finally be in the sunlight and not be ashamed of my hair. I can't say enough great things about Zeiva. Before Zeiva I spent hundreds of dollars on waxing and other temporary hair removal methods that did not work. I was also self-conscious because of my unwanted hair. Since coming to Zeiva I no longer obsess about my facial hair. The center is clean and beautifully decorated and the staff is extremely nice and professional. The prices are also very affordable. As an African-American I was hesitant in seeking laser hair removal because of horror stories I heard regarding laser equipment and dark skin. People who say false information about Zeiva must be her competitors. I have NEVER heard or experienced anything negative about Zeiva professional centre. If anything, her and her workers are such great people and Zeiva truly cares about her clients. I have been going to zeiva since she opened and i have not experienced any problems. I have been to many laser centers in the past, and I have never received the results, until I met Zeiva.
