First and foremost the food here is phenomenal. I attended one of their events and the food and the service was amazing. The workout was hard but made me feel great, they even had bottomless mimosas. This is my 3rd time ordering with Phresh Gourmet. And I have to agree that their food is pretty good. I generally order meals for the week and pick up on Sundays. The customer service is fast and very responsive whether it's via text or email. Now to the meals! One of my favorite things they offer is Cauliflower fried rice! If you are looking for a great low carb option it goes great with most of their meals I have tried. Right now my favorite entree is the Cajun beef with cauliflower fried rice. The flavor profile is unmatched. Great spices and a good kick to it as well! My suggestion for improvement would be for them to choose meats that when heated are not tough. For example I have had beef and fish with the company and each time when heated the meat is tough and dry. That would be my only complaint. Other than that, like is said previously flavors are great, customer service is good, prices are reasonable and they make ease of business easy. I'm going to continue to purchase! One request, can the Cajun beef be made Cajun chicken with the same sauces?!? I think that would be so good! Also if there was an option to build your own combination like maybe with a specific sauce on meat, and an option of a side. I feel like I saw it before but it's no longer a choice... We were surprised that meals delivered on Sunday were still yummy on Friday (steak and potatoes at that). Unlike the last local company I was using which never changes its menu, Phresh Gourmet changes its menu about every 2 weeks. The choices vary widely and all reheat well, even when nearing the end of the work week. I've never had a problem with meat or seafood drying out when reheating.
