What we swallowed: *THAI EGG ROLLS: These were tasty. *FRIED TOFU *POTSTICKERS *TOM KHA: Very good. We really liked the fresh veggies in the soup. *DRUNKEN NOODLE; There was something about this dish we couldn't place our fingers on that tasted off. *THREE TASTE CHICKEN: Crunchy, breaded chicken with sauce and steamed broccoli. *RED CURRY BEEF: We didn't realize there was eggplant in this dish. *DEEP FRIED FISH IN GINGER SAUCE: So I ordered this dish specifically because it said 'deep fried' but it did not come out that way. We enjoy ordering and taking home. It is nice that you have several options on type of meat you would like. We usually order same, a soup and a curry and at times, we order dessert of mango and sticky rice. Most of time the dessert is pretty good, but there are times when the mango is sour and it really turns mee off to ordering it. We pay so much extra for dessert, we would like sweet mangoes and if they don't have it, they should say, instead of giving us sour mangoes. I have never eaten there, I can't even say, I picked up orders there. It's mostly my husband. I have ordered online and it's very specific, which is nice if you're picky eater. We came in a Friday night and we're able to snag one of the last tables. There aren't too many tables inside so keep that in mind! Our server was I think the owner, she was running around like a mad woman, lol. She had to service all the tables and take care of all the customers coming in for to-go orders (there were a lot). I'm super impressed by the amount of output of food this place was cooking! I really enjoyed my pad Thai! The flavor was on point and the spice level was perfect (medium for me). I've had Phuket a few times now (to-go) and I typically enjoy what I order. I really like their Pad Thai. It has good flavor and the right amount of sauce. The peanuts are nice and chopped and I appreciate that they put them off to the corner so you can add however much you like as you take a bite. I don't find their medium heat to be very spicy at all but adds a slight kick that pairs well with the zing from the lime and cilantro. The Pad See Ew is pretty good although not my favorite in the area. The beef isn't super flavorful and takes on a bit of a boiled quality in texture (not chewy, just kind of bland). I like the sauce and noodles. The Thai egg rolls are ok and have a good crunch. Overall, a good option for Thai in the Louisville area. read more

Good drunken noodles and Thai tea but the boba was not very good. I got Tofu drunken noodles which was good. Just a bit more than one serving for me. I also got Thai tea boba. The tea was good but the tapioca pearls were mealy and had a strange texture different from most other boba I have had before. We sat outside which was nice and the service was very quick. Has quickly become my go-to Thai place in the Broomfield/Louisville/Superior area for its consistency and top notch food. Whether it's pad thai, pad see yew, or an appetizer, Phuket Thai never disappoints. Everything is always hot, fresh, and tasty with the highest quality ingredients and oodles of flavor. By go-to Thai dish is pad see yew and their's is really good, not too saucy or too dry, not too salty or too sweet. But it's their pad thai I can't get enough of, some of the best I've had in Colorado in my limited time here. Love the delicate noodles and slightly sweet peanut-y flavors. I've tried a handful of Thai joints in the surrounding area and Phuket trumps them all. It's located in a pretty generic strip mall, but it has a nice cozy ambiance inside and excellent customer service. Prices are more than fair for the quality. Only thing I am not a fan of thus far is their Thai Iced Teas; portion size is nice, but even though I have a big sweet tooth, this drink is way too sweet for my liking. Phuket Thai is my go to Thai restaurant in Louisville. It's a cute little place tucked back in a shopping center off of Dillon and McCaslin. I've dined in and gotten takeaway and every time the staff has been very pleasant and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and the food is always outstanding. While their menu has the standbys of Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Massaman curry, they have other dishes I don't often see, like pumpkin curry and black sticky rice, both of which are excellent. If you're in the mood for really good Thai, it's well worth the trip to Louisville and not to be missed! read more

However, they put broccoli in my pineapple curry, which is not listed on the menu and I definitely didn't want it, but how would I know to remove something that's not supposed to be there? Delicious food. I've been searching for a good Thai restaurant in the Broomfield/Superior area for a year now and I was delighted to find Phuket recently. My favorite is red curry. They add a variety of healthy ingredients and it's very good. My last order I went for the brown rice and was quite pleased. I've only had take out, so I can't comment on the service but I look forward to dining in as well. I've ordered pad Thai here twice now one at hot level and today at medium spice! Man they are not phucking around it's so hot! Unless you love like really love spicy flavors order medium spicy or less. I myself will order it at no spice next time. Tbh I could go for a lot more bean sprout and minced pieces of green onion (not whole pieces) but otherwise flavor was on point. This place is hands down authentic. Can't wait to try Panang curry here. Crab fried rice was the best I've ever had. Rice was perfectly cooked not too squishy or too dry. I also didn't get that "fishy" taste that I sometimes get with other Thai restaurants. I was in town, craving some Thai and found this gem not too far from my hotel. I was feeling hungry and grabbed some Thai dumplings in addition to my drunken noodles. The Thai dumplings were good, and sweet dipping sauce isn't too sweet. It compliments the dumplings well. That being said, there's nothing that will wow you or stand out about them, but there are a bunch of subtle flavors that play we'll together. Here's a warning, Thai hot really means RIDICULOUSLY HOT. I like spicy, and have been to places that claim Thai hot, and were medium at best. This brought it to a whole new level. I powered through it, and what I could taste, it was delicious! I was full on sweating, tearing up, and my burps afterwards were spicy. The place seemed to be taking lots of covid precautions with no in person dining and sanitizing the pens between customers. Phuket Thai used to one of our favorite restaurants. Great food and service. We used to order to go food every week, and we have done that for years. Unfortunately things have changed for the worst a few months ago. We believe new ownership may be the issue as staff has changed. Food quality is no longer consistent as it used to be but more importantly they keep making mistakes, big mistakes, over and over. We order tofu and get chicken instead (I'm vegetarian). Ask for no onion (food sensitivities), and get onions! This was such a good option for finding a plant based meal. I called because I originally wanted pad Thai but this place won't do it without the fish sauce.
