All she did was give me a prescription for the same creme that didn't work the first time. What a waste of time and money! Find someone else!! I am so upset by the experience I had with this doctor. For the first appointment, I waited over 45 minutes as everyone else filtered before me. For my second appt, I scheduled a follow up for Weds but was asked to come earlier in the week because the doctor would not be available then. As an accommodation, I made an appt for today. I asked in the waiting room if she was on time because I had children to pick up. They said I should have been fine. I waited OVER an HOUR and watched as every geriatric patient that came after me was taken. I asked when I would be taken and no one seemed concerned that the appt was over an hour late. I walked out. I guess my time is not valuable. I am unsure how docs think they are serving patients when the schedules are ignored and time is completely disrespected. It is inexcusable. read more

So here's the thing. It's not that the service here was bad. It was fine. I just was a littler weirded out by the office. Going to a doctor for laser hair removal instead of a salon type place I was expecting to sit down with a doctor and discuss the treatment, what I should expect, etc. Instead I was greeted by a girl who looked like she just graduated from college -- which turned out to be exactly that. She took me in to this dark, depressing room. She briefly explained the procedure and pulled up this huge laser machine. The whole thing just felt weird. The treatment was fine and it appears that she did an ok job but if you're going for a relaxing spa like environment this is not the place to go. read more

AVOID!! Go to any other dermatologist than this filthy, old office. Long wait, and you don't even see the dermatologist. The guy at the front desk is always rude. Last time I went I was in the waiting room for 2 hours, and was told if I wanted to see Dr. Smith I would of been had to wait even longer. I waited over 1.5 hours for an appointment and finally walked out. they told me the reason Dr. Smith was running so behind was that she had an emergency. That's completely fine- I understand that! However, what I DON'T understand was why someone didn't tell me the Dr. was running so behind when I walked into the office! They could have asked me if I wanted to reschedule or something!! Dr. Smith is an excellent doctor. I went for a cosmetic consultation (having used her before only as a skin doctor), and found she was compassionate, professional, and courteous. She listened to my concerns about wanting a natural and rejuvenated look, as at 68 my face was looking tired and haggard. She exceeded my expectations. She was conservative in her use of Botox and other fillers with outstanding results. When I returned two weeks later for the follow up asking if anything more needed, she said the look was perfect - anything more would look artificial. Her judgment and skill were excellent. I waited over an hour past my appointment before I finally saw Dr. Smith whom I found very underwhelming. They also have rude staff and are located in an old dingy building. They ask to keep your cc # in file to charge you if you don't pay on time and also try to sell you every product under the sun. Much better in the area. Avoid! read more

Don't be fooled. Dr Smith is more interested in herself than her patients. She puts on a very good cover of compassion and empathy however she is really just interested in being paid. One may not see this initially but over time it becomes apparent. Additionally the wait time is impossible. Give yourself at least an extra hour if you even bother with her. read more

Dr. Smith is the best dermatologist I've ever found, and I've been to many over the years. She spotted a basal cell carcinoma on my back when it was so small that it was successfully removed with a simple Mohs surgery. She never rushes a visit, addresses questions and concerns with intelligent informed responses. Dr. Smith takes photos of areas of concern and keeps a close watch to see any changes taking place. She has frozen many AK's on my face, leaving my skin clear and smooth. Lately I have been getting Botox treatments to reduce frown lines between my brows. Her prices are very reasonable and the results are significant. I recommend her to all my family and friends. read more

I am thrilled with the results and care I received from of Dr Smith. I was troubled by those ever-deepening lines that ran from either side of my nose to my chin. Was scheduled for a 9:45 appointment and was still waiting at 10:45. Not acceptable. I got my refund and as I was leaving I noticed the patient who had an appointment after me was coming out of the room with the doctor. Nice way to treat a new patient. If you can't take on new patients then don't. A waste of time for me and her. read more
