I arrived at my appointment with my husband. We were taken to an exam room. Dr Verhoog came in. Did not introduce himself, (I have never met him), did not greet me or my husband. Asked me what was going on with my knee. I gave him a brief summery of thr issue. He did a physical exam. Said he would get x rays. Walked out of the room. I had the x rays done there in the office. Went back to the exam room. Dr Vorhoog came back in, sat in front of the computer, brought the x rays up. Explained that I have severe arthritis, bone spurs. Then gave me a BMI chart, circling my number, which is high, something that I obviously know. Told me this can cause an eight times more likely blood clot. Then told me "I was like an old car, how much money did I want to put in it". I was stunned at his la k of professional manner, his rudness, lack of basic courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be going back to him. So disappointed. In addition, I have worked with Dignoty Health for many years, and to be treated so poorly by a professional in my "medical Family " was even more upsetting.

Even with a mask on, I could tell she was smiling. The office and patient rooms are spacious and very clean, and my wait time was only a few minutes. Score! Soon after completing a few quick forms and paying a small fee, Hunter walked me into a patient room. She was friendly, took her time asking the right questions to better address the locations of discomfort and the pain level in each area. She was so professional and knowledgeable, I thought she was the doctor herself! A few moments later, Dr. Scott introduced himself... and let me tell you he's full of positive energy, easy to talk with and a master of his arts. Before adjusting me, I received electric stem and weighted heat therapy to relax my muscles. Next Dr. Scott adjusted me accordingly - and he knows what he's doing! After the adjustment, therapy cream was applied and followed with a massaging instrument. It's been six hours since my treatment... all the constant pain I've carried over the last four years has vanished. I asked Dr. Scott when I should return... he said to listen to my body, that my body will let me know. Upon leaving, there was zero surprise fees and zero pressure to commit to another appointment.
