There are no CNAs available to provide proper care please underdtsnd the CNA is responsible for at least 10 other patients, so it's impossible to get the attention you need. The place is dirty, and the maintenance team takes forever to address any issues, leaving things broken or in disrepair for far too long. the glowing 5-star reviews are fake, and the facility is actively deleting negative reviews to cover up the truth. It's frustrating when friends and family try to share their experiences, only to have their voices silenced. Please do your research and avoid this place if you care about receiving quality care.

The physical therapist, PAPE, was absolutely amazing. He gives quality outstanding service his clients. He is professional, compassionate, patient, Top tier customer service skills, Knowledgeable and passionate about his profession but still eager and open minded to learn more. I was having difficulty with an AOS brace my doctor recommended and he admitted he was not familiar with the brace, but he didn't give up on helping me until he figured it out and then explained it to me. I'm really sad I cannot continue working with him at Park North. This is the 2nd time in my life I've done physical therapy, and this experience left a long lasting impression on me. My first experience was nothing compared to what I've learned from Pape in a brief period of time. The world needs more people like Pape. Thank you so much.

Not once since I have been coming here for medical issues have I felt that I made the wrong decision regarding my care. I will say that there were times I did not agree or shall I say I was disappointed with the doctor treating me, but that was me just being human. Sometimes we just think doctors can fix everything and have all of the answers and we fail to remember that doctors are just scientists and sometimes just need to deal with the facts of the matter. Now I am sure that not every medical place is perfect but for me I have never had an issue here. As with every doctors office or medical facility you are going to wait. That is the nature of the beast. I would rather wait and have plenty of my time with my doctor than to be pushed thru like a herd of cattle.

The hardest thing about this place is getting an appointment. I travel a lot for work and have limited times when I can schedule an appointment so I usually do so quite far in advance. I know she's booked at least 2 months in advance!! When I needed the egg free flu shot the office was able to find it for me. Wilson who worked as the front desk receptionist was always pleasant and accompanying when it came to scheduling appointments and retrieving test results. Also notable was Cheri, who helped out up front as well for the care of patients in the back. That all being said, the overall office's professionalism and utmost care of patients has drastically changed for the worse with the new additional staff that was brought in. I was unknowingly assigned to Dr Pulcheri. She seemed professional at first but had many issues from prescriptions not being filled correctly when requested, to months of unavailability to see me and falsifying medical records from teladoc calls. I tried my best to accommodate her derelict of job duties but to no success. I even tried to get the new receptionist Natalie, who was hired after Wilson, to help facilitate my health needs. At first it seemed like she could handle the fast paced and demanding position of answering phones. but that was short lived. She quickly became unprofessional and contentious on the phone. She would over talk me, cut me off in mid speech and wouldn't relay my messages to Dr Pulcheri. This went on for the past year. I had to ultimately make the hard decision to leave the East Medical Practice. No ill will towards Dr Lusky or others at the practice not mentioned in my review. I just can't continue arguing with an unsuited receptionist and a doctor who seems more concerned about her travel plans and personal obligations ( as she would tell me when I visited ) than of her patients, leaving them with no medical care or alternative support.

Aside from being extremely thorough, efficient and dedicated, he has a charming personality ~ and not without a sense of humor.
