My grandmother has been in this facility since 3/23 and i have had nothing but complaints. I have witness cna ignoring patients needs when asked. the food arrived to the patients room cold. They so not a shower the patients when it is there time. Between the social workers and the nursing staff I'm not sure where the disconnect is however my grandmother was in the same clothing for 19days with none of her belongings. Which concluded each cna/pca/nurse/social worker anyone of staff failed her. I have complained to social services, the director of nursing nothing. Her cell phone is missing. They do not take the patients outside to get fresh air. You cant get a hold of anyone even if you are present in the building let alone the phone. The have a smoking room in the enablement that has more care than anythign else. This place should be shut down. read more

My friend was a patient here and I was concerned because of the reviews. Don't believe those negative reviews! The staff was wonderful and the room we had on the 5th floor was newly renovated. This place is hell on earth. I got out a month ago and am so emotionally scarred I can barely move. The staff wanders around all day complaining about their jobs, which are in fact awful. The patients (residents? what? they just want regular checks from Medicaid) get no respect and no privacy at all. One obese woman spends all day screaming in the "dining hall" (what? there is no dining when all meals are one color and usually full of cubed carrots, sometimes served still frozen). People are left frozen in their beds receiving terrible food, and sometimes not even that. Two roommates means two televisions never off, plus electronic devices that beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep all day and night. I am not suicidal, but considered killing myself here. This is the 4th time I have received texts from this place. I have neither visited not called them. It's bordering on harassment at this point. I have asked to be removed many times but they still text---repeatedly. If a facility cannot handle reaching out to clients and cannot handle removing someone from a text list imagine how they will handle more complex issues with your loved ones!!!! RUN, FAR AWAY. Completely lazy and inattentive staff who could care less about their patients. My grandmother passed today in the hands of these people. I visited her for two hours this week and all the "nurses" could do but pop their gum and be on there phones. My grandmother was left on a chair in the lobby area outside of her room for god knows how long..and they claim to be checking on her. These people wear scrubs and call themselves medical professionals and it's all bullshit. This place is terrible and I hope they shut down. The staff are all incompetent and literally anyone can walk in and even harm the patients. It's run down and pretty much a prison for helpless people who have to rely on these bastards for assistance. read more

If you have a love one in this facility, my advice to you is take them out quick, and send them somewhere else. The nurses, social workers, and security are lazy. They have no respect for patients or their loved ones. My father was in the facility for 3 days and in that time he got bed soars, lost circulation in his legs, and was in constant pain. They did nothing for him. They almost killed my father. I called the Ambulance and they said the facility have to call. I asked them to call the Ambulance, and they refused. I had to literally take him out of the facility to the hospital on my own. They would not give him his medication, they didn't call the Ambulance for him, or even give me a wheelchair to help carry him out. This place need to be closed down. I feel so sorry for the other patients that are left there. This facility is dirty, the bathrooms don't work, and other patients roam the halls looking in other people rooms. Why is this place still open? It goes to show no one cares any more about our elderly. Please read this and pass it on, so everyone can be educated about this death trap facility. read more
