I provided my insurance information and was scheduled for an appointment on 06/11/25. I asked her if I can come in to tour the facility and she said yes. I went in the following day 06/06/25 and was given a tour by the manager. I informed her that I was interested in aqua therapy and she asked which insurance did I have. I informed her and she said yes we accept Emblem GHI. Again....great! Arrived to my appointment on 06/11/25 and provided my insurance information again with a cash copay which I paid but wasn't informed prior that they only accept cash. I saw a male therapist (who didn't introduce himself). He asked me about my health condition and did a less than 5 minute evaluation. He never took me into a private room to assess my range of motion (I've had multiple therapy sessions and the initial evaluation was always done privately). He then said we have to get authorization from your insurance company. I asked approximately how long will that take. He said about two days, I said okay and left. I waited patiently and decided to give them a call on 06/17/25. I called and spoke with someone who said that the manager will call me back in about an hour....no call. I called back 06/18/25 and informed the person about my call the previous day and did not receive a call back. She said the manager will call you back in a few minutes.....no call. I called about 2 1/2 hours later stressing the important of obtaining some information. She said hold on and then came back and said we don't accept your insurance. WHAT!!! I wonder at what point were they going to inform me and at what point during the two weeks did they realize that they did not accept my insurance. I would not recommend this facility just for their unprofessionalism.

I broke my wrist in a spring and after cast was taken off, my ortho doctor gave me referral for CHT. The moment I walked into this office, I was kindly greeted by Tatyana. After my fracture I was scared and anxious. I didn't think I would be able to use my hand ever again. I am an elderly lady and bones don't heal that well. Tatyana took her time and explained the treatment plan and the progress I should make if I follow her instructions. Tatyana was really accommodating and individualized my care. Zero stars. This place is the worst! My mother was on the memory care floor. They do not…read morecommunicate with the family. The administration is unethical, obnoxious, uncaring, and they lack transparency. It is nearly impossible to reach the administrators and they don't return calls. They sometimes reply to emails. My mother lost over 60 lbs in 4 years with no explanation. They didn't ensure her thyroid was checked to tailor her medication and she nearly died. They lost her dentures, luggage, and her clothing and did not reimburse. We had to do hwr laundry because they were putting other patient's clothing on her, even underwear!! The Serenity coordinator was a cranky obnoxious woman who eventually calmed down but her title is a total misnomer. My mother fell several times, probably because they were not ensuring she ate enough. Her last fall led to a brain bleed, lengthy hospital stay followed by a lengthy rehab stay. Watwrford lacked the professionalism and decency to let us know they were discharging her so we could find another place for her. They told the rehab to inform us. Needless to say during her 3 months, and counting, in the rehab we were considering they may not be a safe place for her. Now that we have considered everything we know for sure she was not safe their and we are fortunate she didn't die in their care. The administration also posts positive reviews on their site to skew their rating.
