I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Coors and her staff at Physical Therapy Options. They have all the distinguishing characteristics of a successful and attractive practice. They are professional and courteous. They are knowledgeable and informative. They are effective and experienced. It was, however, the intangible things that have left the biggest and most lasting impression. Not only were they kind but they immediately put me at ease, not an easy task as someone new to PT with a 3 month old daughter. Dr. Coors and her staff always gave us their undivided attention and our visits never felt rushed or secondary. We were welcomed and cared for, genuinely, in a way that was so unexpected and heartwarming. Physical Therapy Options became like a home away from home for us. My whole family has used this practice and they are absolutely phenomenal! Every staff member is kind and attentive. Lisa Coors is an amazing physical therapist; insanely knowledgeable, compassionate, and wonderful with patients of all ages. Most recently, my son needed physical therapy following a broken foot and during treatment, Lisa noticed a slight curve in his back and referred us for a scoliosis follow up with Dr. Raggio. She was correct- he had a slight curve. Thankfully, it wasn't severe enough to be labeled as scoliosis. She caught it early and Dr. Raggio recommended physical therapy and daily exercises to make him stronger and prevent further issues. We went back to physical therapy once again with Lisa, where she taught my son proper exercises using correct form. She wasn't satisfied until she was sure he could continue the exercises himself on a daily basis. Upon our follow up with Dr. Raggio, she was ecstatic at his progress. When she learned he saw Lisa at PT Options, she said every patient she sends her way makes incredible progress. There's no where else I would go if we needed PT again. I needed physical therapy due to a back injury and I am lucky to have found Physical Therapy Options to help. The minute I walked in I was greeted by kind staff. The staff always worked me into there schedule and were very pleasant to be around. Lisa Coors worked with me until I was one hundred percent better and I watched her do the same to other patients that would come in. Her experience and skill in the practice is outstanding. Seven months ago I was devastated, I broke a bone two places in my lower leg and tore a ligament in that ankle. I had surgery two days post injury and had a plate and screws inserted along with arthroscopic surgery to repair the torn ligament. PT Options was recommended as a rehabilitation facility so I began post surgery I began rehabilitation six weeks post surgery. Today I am not only walking without pain, I am running and back to 100% pre-surgery status. Lisa Coors is an AMAZING physical therapist! My daughter received the best treatment ever after she dislocated her patella. Because my daughter's first experience with Lisa was so positive, she was the first person I called when my daughter's knee recently started swelling up. Lisa took the time to reevaluate my daughter's condition. I have been to a few different places. The staff here is wonderful and provide personal service. They know each patient closely- some places are "mills" that go through as many patients as possible without getting to know each other. Lisa and her staff are as far from these places as possible. This is a PHENOMENAL Physical Therapy office. The staff is AWESOME. They are very attentive to you as they guide you through you exercises. Lisa, the Pt is very knowledgeable. I brought my 4 month old baby for PT with Lisa. She was incredibly kind and patient with him. She was creative with the therapy and my son only ended up needing it for a few weeks.
