As per their payment policy at the time of the visit you have to pay, and I even asked if I needed to pay and I was told NO! I had my card in my hand ready to pay for the 5 minutes. After 2 weeks I just received a bill for $99 for five minutes of being told to go to the ER. I may have an accent and I may be a first generation emigrant but I know thieves when I see them. I will pay you "your" money but I will NEVER EVER make the mistake of using your "service" again. And I will make sure everyone knows about it too!

Unfortunately the clinic manager and billing company incorrectly submitted my medical billing since 2023. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing statement and have been repeatedly denied. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.

I use this Silver Pine location to visit with my primary care doctors, Jennifer Hichme and PA Kristina Batkin when appointments are open and available besides 3 other office locations. Back on 6/26/2025 she was available here with caring attention to discuss my medical status and results after blood testing. My office experience here was efficient. This location is convenient for early morning Blood testing and by appointment ONLY. The Lab is in a clean setting with caring nurses that draw blood quickly. I have been a patient here for years and the only reason I come here is because I love my doctor…read more(Dr.Gikas) as he is excellent. But overall the practice does not value patients time AT ALL. I have never had an appointment time take place at the time it was scheduled. I have always been sitting in the room for a minimum of 30 minutes and as long as an hour and a half past my time. Its extremely frustrating and irritating. They don't care and have yet to try to make it change all this time. So, if you value your time or only have a small window to get into the doctor between work or whatever obligations you may have definitely look elsewhere.

I had a membership to this gym back in April to May 2018. The first thing that attracted me to it…read morewas the price. I've actually connected with this gym via Instagram. Whoever ran its account followed me and remained active as far as liking my posts and commenting. I really appreciated it and because of it, I've paid a visit and signed up. The first day, the employees were helpful and seemed very welcoming. I've signed up and the fee at the time was $35 a month. It was something that I could get with. I started going to the gym at least every other day around 6 a.m. because it's usually empty and I would get enough exercise in without worrying about being around others. It was cool for a minute. Then one day, due to the fact that I had be elsewhere earlier in the day, I've decided to go around noon where I know plenty of people were going to be around. When I walked in, I flashed my membership card so that no one can stop me and try to ask a million questions. The employees all had this weird look on their face. It was a look of "Who is he?" and "Does he even belong here?" You could cut the tension like a knife. It felt as if the record stopped once I walked in. Anyway, I walked straight to the locker room to get into my workout gear. No more than 2 minutes later, one of the employees, or who I believe is the owner, came in behind me. He walked around the locker room for at least 30 seconds. Then he pretended to use the bathroom because the urinals are right there as soon as you walk in. I didn't hear anything nor did he wash his hands, so my b.s. detector went off immediately. I've proceeded to go upstairs to begin my workout. However, 10 minutes later, I packed it all up because it was fresh in my mind. The next day, I called to cancel my membership. I had to pay an extra $35 for the next month, but I couldn't get down with what I felt, in which I believed that I was a target of discrimination. And even if it wasn't direct, I'm sure if I've stayed longer, it would've happened. Several times prior to going to this gym, I've called and the owner, I assume uses his private phone, answered. Each conversation felt very dry and he didn't even show no enthusiasm towards a new gym member. I had to get out of it quick because other than getting myself together, I would like to feel welcomed. Gyms are usually places where bonds are formed through the shared love of fitness. Here, it felt like I was a ghost...one who was visible, but unwanted.
