I received a bill in September 2025 for a service that was incurred on 11//27/2023. I paid the statement in full back then as I recall. I this is the first invoice that I have received stating that I owe an additional 83.37 for the visit. I have received no communication from this company until the recent bill. The Bill has a number to call for questions that refers me to another number 833-487-1313. Upon calling I get the same message to call that number. If I owe money, I'd be happy to pay it, but this situation gives me no recourse. Bad, bad business. read more

I was visibly in distress during my visit, so it's safe to say that I was surprised when the male aid started commenting on my body after asking for my weight. He then proceeded to ask me out to drinks. When I said no, he tried to play it off as a joke but continued to make suggestive comments during his physical assessment. I'll spare you the details on this platform, but he made unwanted physical contact with me several times while taking my blood later in my visit. My initial, panicked thoughts were to try and explain it away as an accident - but it happened over and over even when I pulled away from him. If this was just a mistake, at minimum, then this was a careless person who should not work with people in this capacity. I filed a complaint with their corporate HR department and told my story to a kind woman who was genuinely speechless when describing the experience. She said I would be getting a call from this man's boss and would receive updates, but I never heard from anyone again on the matter. While this was almost 2 years ago, this changed the way I see the health care environment. Writing this review is a therapeutic effort on my part. The ease in which he took advantage of his authority made it absolutely clear that I was not the first that he's done this to, nor the last. He never told me his name, but I heard another nurse call him Mike in the hallway. I hope this man was held accountable so no one else has to go through this when they are in a vulnerable position and looking for medical help. read more

Injured my thumb playing volleyball and wanted to avoid the ER. Easily made an appointment online, wait time was no more than 10 minutes. Was not aware until I was in an exam room that X-ray was not available at this clinic besides that it was a pleasant experience. The provider called ahead to the clinic they sent me to which I really appreciated as I was taken care of immediately upon arrival. read more

I had an amazing experience here! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointment. The nurse Mike who took care of me was so nice and really made my experience pleasant. Doctor Taylor was also wonderful and explained everything very clearly. Hopefully I dont need to return any time soon, but I'm glad to know they are there if I need to! read more

Physician One Urgent Care is not a good option for COVID testing. They have a very frustrating process in which they make you set up a virtual visit in order to get testing, but then they send you an email confirming an in-person visit and providing an address. Upon arriving at the facility, I was told my appointment was actually virtual and that the address in the email was "fake," so I should have understood. I was also told my appointment had been canceled. I was not able to reschedule today, so won't be able to get the test results that I need in time. Again, the email does not say virtual visit, and the address did work with my GPS system, so this is very confusing. I later noticed they had sent me a text with a link to login for the call at my appointed time, and I had thought I was signing up for a virtual visit, but again, it's confusing to send out an email confirming an in-person visit and providing an address. Fortunately, I am not experiencing acute or severe enough symptoms, and I am mostly getting the test for peace of mind. But I can't imagine how hard this whole experience would have been for someone who actually felt sick--not to mention the danger we pose to our communities when we don't know our status. read more

Tomorrrow is another day !!! I would give a zero if I could. I called to get an appointment for a Covid test as I was experiencing all the symptoms of either Omnicrom or the flu. I was told no appointment was necessary but just show up by 9AM. When I arrived at 8:45 there was already a line almost to the end of the strip mall. After about 2 hours someone came out who said she was a "manager". She went down the line giving out conflicting information and the best thing I can say about her was she was nasty, She said they were doing this as a favor to us, Really ? If we had symptoms someone would come out so we would be seen first. No one ever did, The line moved very slowly because she said they were shorthanded due to much of their staff having covid. Not one bit of compassion. I understand that she must have been stressed but there had to be a nicer way to express herself. After 5 hours the security guard came out and said "tomorrow is another day" Come back at 5am to 6am if you wanted to be seen. I think not. Needless to say, if I wasn' t sick before then I will be now. read more

The staff is EXCELLENT! I went in for an issue I was terribly embarrassed about and they were all reassuring (thanks Bennie!) and so kind and made me feel like I had made the right choice coming in. They made me feel at ease and listened when I made requests related to my care and what actions I would like taken (thanks Sydney!). I will absolutely return there any time I have another medical concern. Also, the fact that you can make an appointment is AWESOME for those with issues that aren't immediately pressing but who can't get in with a primary care provider soon enough. 12/10 would recommend. read more

I'm giving a one star for the people at the front desk. They are extremely rude for working in a help profession. I was exposed to someone who tested positive, so I came in for a walk in covid 19 test after calling ahead of time to see if they had space and being told they did. The two people at the desk are arguing back and forth and I'm standing waiting for my turn. When it is my turn they rudely start accusing me, saying I should have known they would be busy and would have no room for me. They literally turned me out the door, I'm stuck with what to do now. read more

One star because I have to. Do not go here if you want a rapid test for Covid. I wasn't feeling well and went to get tested at 9 in the morning and there was a line already which I anticipated. Probably 25 people in front of me. I guess the process must take time because at 1:30 a woman came out and said we're done for the day! This woman who identified herself as the manager was very crass and almost to the point of being condescending to the people in line. Never saying we have run out of test. It was very abrupt, done for the day. At one point even threatened to call security on people who were questioning her. very very unprofessional. And ending her speech by saying "tomorrow's another day" and if you come in around 5am you will probably get right in. No compassion read more

YAHHSS. Urgent Care done right. I visited this past week for a somewhat embarrassing concern (hello hemorrhoids) and was seen within an hour to discuss some of my wacky symptoms and hopefully put my mind at ease. I didn't really know if they would see this kind of thing, (is this even a thing?) and after hours of researching my symptoms on WEBMD and coming to the conclusion that I may die, I was so nervous and uncomfortable for them to take a look and give me the news. But yes I am the overthinker queen of queens. The staff took great care in making me feel like my symptoms weren't out the ordinary and confirmed that it was, just that, a hemorrhoid. I survived. DAMN I was a so nervous and embarrassed but the staff made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease. The provider gave me some cream and things are good. THANK YOU! It's nice to have a clean office in a convenient location, but better yet professional, warm, staff who made this experience all the best. Shout out to the nice secretary checking me in, the nurse who brought me back to go over my symptoms, and the provider who put my nervous mind at ease! HIGHLY recommend. Bravo! read more

The staff is courteous and listens carefully, but unfortunately I have to call out to the public to NOT use an urgent care for serious concerns that require an x-ray and subsequent review by a radiologist. That was explicitly told to me by an ER doctor at MGH a couple months after my chest x-ray here was summarized as normal with some inflammation. I walked out of here with a prescription for a second inhaler, when in reality I required a referral to an oncologist as lymphoma was causing my airway to constrict (something that the ER at MGH called out immediately, though diagnosis took a week). For routine concerns I'm sure this urgent care is fine, but not for anything other than that. read more

This is the only place to go for TB test if you need it for pre employment!! Other centers charge $55 to $110 per visit and charge you to plant it then read it. Physicians One only charges $20 total. So now you can see why it's busy!! This is my second time here and I am so happy with the staff.Long wait but totally worth it!!! read more

I brought my 2 mo old to this location to get her eye checked because it was irritated. The receptionist was very friendly and they took us fairly quickly. My problem was with the Medical Assistant who did not know how to properly take a rectal temp on a baby. She pushed the thermometer in too far causing me to intervene and pull it back. My daughter was crying and I am praying that she is not really hurt by this. I was so upset that I was in tears myself. I explained what happened to the doctor who was very apologetic about the situation and I really need them to take this seriously because if I did not have knowledge of how to take a rectal temp myself that MA could do some real damage. I would have rather had her say she wasn't comfortable or she'd rather take it the other way than to use my newborn as a guinea pig. Praying there is no real damage as I will be making an appintmnet with her regular pediatrcian, to check her out. Before this I was very happy with the care at this place, now I am concerned about the training the MA's are recieving and will second guess going back here. read more

Amazing ... I worked for this company during Covid and have used them multiple times since for virtual visits. I can't say enough how wonderful they are. Today I have a stomach bug and had a virtual visit which went well and I needed a note for work which was a little tricky but dealt with Jamil who was super efficient and professional. Receptionist was rude. Her mask was not even covering her face when there is a sign on the door that everyone needs to be wearing a mask. She told me my health insurance was inactive when it wasn't. I filled out all my insurance info online the night before my appointment which for some reason did not translate. She made me step out of line and call BlueCross BlueShield. I was on time for my appointment, but was delayed being seen because of this. My provider informed me I had coverage, of course. I explained this to the receptionist. Someone else stepped in to help her and he got on the phone with my provider. He verified I did in fact have coverage and it was just a system issue on their end. So none of it was my fault and I was embarrassed that she said I didn't have insurance. To make someone step out of line to double check this is ludicrous. Especially when I'm there because I'm not feeling well. When i was finally seen, I informed the nurse (or nurse aid, not sure what his title was) that I felt it was possible I may have strep throat. He advised that he did not think he had any strep tests available as they were transitioning over to another system the next day (no clue what this meant). I advised I came in to specifically get tested for strep. He said he would check to see if they had any tests. Low and behold, magically he came back with one. Had I accepted the fact he didn't think they had any strep tests, I would have left not getting one. I'm glad I was persistent. This place is an absolute joke. Would never step foot in this facility again. read more

I walked into this clinic with a minor eye injury on a Monday evening at 7:40 pm. The girl behind the front desk looked at me in disbelief of the fact that someone had the audacity to walk into their facility 20 minutes before closing time. I told her I wanted to be seen and she promptly replied that "it was too late because they had already shut their computers off." I quickly reminded her that the hours posted on the front door state that the clinic closes at 8pm? She again told me that it was too late and that I should find a hospital emergency room. I was extremely disappointed as I had rearranged my own work schedule to make sure that I had arrived before they closed. I am a Medford small business owner and I know a thing or two about customer service myself. If a business posts hours of operation they need to observe those hours. I guess I was expecting too much from such a large, nation-wide chain. Next time I will go to someone who cares. read more

I am so grateful to the team here for the amazing care they gave me! I went to a different clinic to remove two sutures that were ready to be taken out. After being in pain and realizing that the other clinic had not completely removed them, I came to PhysicianOne pretty frazzled and anxious. I was seen right away with no wait time. Shane, Aida, and Cory made me feel nothing less than calm and like I was in the right hands. Sure enough, an entire suture had not been properly removed but Shane and Aida took care of me. When I told them I was nervous, they were so kind and empathetic which is the best kind of environment for patients. They removed the remaining suture with minimal discomfort and I was out of there with a huge relief off my shoulders before I knew it. I am SO glad I found them and I won't be going anywhere else now that I have. The staff here is so welcoming, friendly, and professional - I can't speak more highly of my experience here. The office is clean and modern and they have a monitor that displays your wait time. They also have patient parking which is in front of their facility. No complaints about this facility. Accessible, clean, easy iPad check in. They also offer online check ins prior to arrival which I will definitely use next time. I was seen quickly as it was empty on a Thursday afternoon. Examined thoroughly, diagnosed, treated on site and staff was efficient and kind. I have been going to Physician One Urgent care as a back up for when My primary care and My children's pediatrician can not see us for over a year. I never had a problem until recently. The level of care and well I say common decency has declined dramatically in the last few months. My children's pediatrician office was closed For the night and my son who is 4 complained to me that his throat was hurting, he also had a low grade temp. My littlest one who is 2 had came home from school with a small rash that day ( similar to what he gets when he has strep) I looked at the clock it was 7:15 already in their pj's I changed their clothes and put them in the car I live down the street from physicians one we walked into the office at 7:31 ... the woman at the front desk who's name is MAUREEN .. rolled her eyes and made a face, like me walking in at 7:30 was the biggest nuisance in the world, she looked back at the medical assistant and I asked if there was a problem. She said they were about to close and I said in response you close at 8, it's written on the door and on the website. She then with a nasty tone said " we take our last patient at 7:30, I said it's 7:31 all I need is them tested for strep. She then said well there's nothing we can do. I said no where on your website or door states you take your last patient at 7:30 you should probably advertise that. I walked out and got my children the care they needed. Wouldn't you know they both tested POSITIVE for strep. These people with out a second thought let two small children walk out of that office with out a care in the world because it was 7:31 at night on a Friday and they just wanted to finish their day. Shame on you Maureen and shame on the people who swore an oath to help care for people who are sick. This review is just the beginning, I will not be letting this go, I will be following up and speaking to every person necessary until this matter is addressed with their staff, and until they stop falsely advertising to the public and from what I saw below on a similar review, it states by an office manager that office policy is that every patient is to be seen as long as they are in the waiting room before 8 pm. read more

Couldn't shake my cold for 2 weeks. So went here to see what was up. I maybe waited 15mins. They did my usual temp, blood pressure etc and i even got xray done there. I had friggin bronchitis they told me. So they wrote me a script for the zpack and was good to go and even called me couple days later to see how i was. Will deff go back here. Hopefully i dont have to though i hate being sick lol read more

Great experience here. Came in due to a strained muscle in my shoulder/neck area. The young woman outfront checked me in efficiently and I saw the doctor within 15 minutes. The doctor was very thorough but made a diagnosis for a muscle spasm in under 10 minutes. I fell ill, made an online appointment here, and within half an hour had been tested positive for the flu and had a prescription waiting at the CVS across the parking lot. Convenient location, professional and friendly staff - what blew my mind was that they not only called a week later to check up on me and see how I was doing and whether I felt I got good care there, I just got a hand written letter in the mail wishing me well and hoping I had a positive experience there. I was very happy with my visit here. I made an appointment on a Sunday morning and was taken in on time. The doctor was extremely professional and caring. She asked about my health history and the prescriptions I currently take. I believe I received the same care that I would have received from my personal doctor. Today, Allie the provider removed my stitches from my left hand. She was not professional at all. After the nurse took my vitals and gathered all material needed for stitch removal. Allie came in and went out at least 4-5 times before removing the stitches. She did not even wipe off my fingers or use any antiseptic before starting the removal. After she said I am only putting antibiotic cream and band aids since this place is so dirty. I am assuming she meant with germs. Said going to prescribe Ibuprofen for 5 days. I left and waited until 6:15 before calling my pharmacy to see if prescription ready(not called in). I called and waited for 15 minutes for Allie to come to the phone who then stated with some of my medication that I am on Ibuprofen was not good. Told her I have been on it before for knee surgery. In my opinion she is not very professional, thorough or have good follow-up skills since she never called me back to tell me about not prescribing the prescription. I can't say enough about how happy I was with my experience here. I went to a nearby CVS minute clinic that listed their hours until 7 PM. I got there one minute after 6 PM with only one person in line and they said they were not accepting any new registrations. I had a terrible sore throat and what turned out to be an ear infection. I was seen immediately and quickly prescribed an antibiotic once the physician had checked into my ears. I will recommend this place to anyone! read more

I fell down a few stairs at my house. twisted and sprained my ankle, banged my head and had multiple cuts. I've been there before a year ago with the flu. Again, they were incredible. Upon entering I was attended to immediately. In the comfortable waiting areas they have all kinds of amenities such as snacks, bottled water games and a tv. Filled out the forms and was taken into the exam room within 15 minutes They examined, X-rayed, bandaged me and gave me great advice about various things. They recommended that I get a CT scan since I banged my head and am on blood thinners but I'm not suffering any issues with it so it's all good. I couldn't be happier with the care that they gave PLUS I didn't have to wait for 5 hours in a stinky hospital emergency room. DId I mention how nice the staff was!?!?? read more

Awful experience! I took my aunt to be seen and not only were they rude and not informed but I even question if these are actually doctors! I was already on the fence about taking her there, due to my previous negative experience but since it was local and open I figured I would give them another try. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! Please do not take elderly people here!! They will push you out the door with no regard to what the issue is. Save your co-pay and go to a REAL doctor! They won't diagnose you and actually tell you to follow up with your primary care. USELESS!!!! read more
