Since I didn't have strep or Covid they sent me on my way with no meds or any kind of advice other than take advil and rinse with salt water which I had been doing for two weeks already. I had to pay $175 to be seen for two minutes and walk away with no remedy. Fast forward two months and my card was charged another $75 without my consent or any kind of notice. I called and complained for them to say it's policy and what I signed for when being seen. BEWARE! In the end I had to go to a different doctor and it turned out I DID need meds, I will be contesting the charges with my bank for fraudulent since there was barely any services rendered and the services received were less than adequate. My wife called Premier Family Urgent Care to check their hours and make sure they are open. No one ever updates their times so we called to make sure. Christmas is on Monday and we know places are going to be closed. As soon as we arrived they had a well lit parking lot and plenty of parking. We walk in and are immediately greeted by the receptionist. She was kind and asked us what brought us in. The receptionist was very professional and asked open ended questions to better prepare the doctor. After I filled out a few medical documents the medical assistant approached and introduced himself. He was very well kept and professional. He took my daughter's weight/height and blood pressure. He wrote it down and informed us the doctor will be in shortly. Dr. Husam Nasir walks in and introduces himself and takes a look and explains his findings. He explains it so well even I understand and I appreciate that. With everything that I have mentioned so far I haven't gotten to the good part. I give the doctor the pharmacy to send the prescription and I leave. The Walgreens we use closed early and my wife called to see if they could send the prescription somewhere else. The Dr. sends it to the new pharmacy without any issues or anything. Most places complain or have some type of attitude because they were inconvenienced. Not this place, they are the example every urgent care/professional business should follow. We cannot be thankful enough from the receptionist to the medical assistant to the Doctor for all being courteous and professional. I'm so grateful that he suggested it and off I went. I was treated very well, diagnosed, and provided a prescription to treat my condition. I was pleased by the comfortable feeling I received during my visit with NP Megan. I had a sense of peace after confirming my diagnosis and I'm grateful to say that I'm receiving treatment and I'm starting to see improvement. I would recommend the Minute Clinic in a heartbeat. My diagnosis was upper respiratory infection aka common cold. The cure is just to wait it out. I did however get a prescription for an oral anesthetic which helped relieve the annoying sore throat pain. The prescription was conveniently transmitted electronically to the adjoining CVS. The nurse practitioner did a quick test to rule out strep throat. I also conveniently got a seasonal flu shot. Their services are limited. But it was quick and convenient to have someone look at my throat.

Nurse Yvonne of MinuteClinic alleged she removed all the earwax. On my return visit to my doctor he took photos again only to discover nothing had changed! The same earwax was there as was before. Miss Yvonne lied to me because she was more engrossed with whom she was texting on her cell phone than caring for her patient. When I returned and informed nurse Yvonne that she failed to remove any of the earwax, she got aggressive and told me you'll have to pay again. She's a horrible person with a bad attitude. I will do what I can to blast this minute clinic on social media every chance I have.

They are not money hungry and seem to really care about their patients. I have had several doctors there and none have ever disappointed me Dr. Muhammad is the one I see the most and he is simply amazing. Once I came because I couldn't walk. I saw a female doctor and she gave me a shot that in 15 minutes put me on the road to recovery. They are better here than my primary care doctors. When I needed a referral for my colonoscopy, they got me right in. Same thing with my neurosurgeon referral. This was a fest my primary doctor's took months doing. I would highly recommend this facility.
