Really this should be a 1.5 star review but I didn't have that option There work is great and quality is there but the reason for such a low rating is due to seller to buyer it's not hard to put a smile on and act like you care about the customers needs but I can't but help feel like they feel I'm waiting there time when I ask a question I am a paying customer and I never heckle and ask for better pricing I pay what they ask (labor is worthy of pay) but that doesn't seem to make much of a difference to them when you are a good customer. The In Bin was recommended by our team parent coordinator for baseball and they have been such a pleasure to work with. Such wonderful and helpful ladies work at this whole in the wall shop. First I dropped out our team hats to get the player names embroidered on them. I dropped them off on a Monday and they're were ready in 2 days. Due to having a late start to the season, I had had to come back to get the jerseys silk screened with player names. We were on a time crunch as I had to get them back before our next game. Again, I took them in on a Wednesday and at first, the first date she gave me was 3 business days later. I asked if it would be possible to get them done sooner since we had a game on that Monday. She was so sweet and added that info to the order. No less than 24 hours later I got a call that they were ready for pick up! The third time, we had one single jersey that needed a name (since they had joined late). Off I went again to In Bin to get it silk screened. I walked in, expecting a 2-3 day return, but to my surprise and luck, the machine was hot & ready and was able to get the jersey done on the spot. I highly recommend this place. The 1 star review is not for the quality of work but of the pricing. The shirts were supplied to the school, Help for Brain Injured Children (La Habra). We could have gotten the same economy shirt for 60% less from any other LOCAL T-Shirt printing company. When confronted they were defensive, and unprofessional. They offered to cut us a check for $50 which was far below the difference and offensive to say the least. All I can say is if you choose to do business with them - make sure to get other quotes. read more

This is the first year that I have used In Bin for my son's baseball team's jersey and hat embroidery. I took in the team's jerseys and hats over the course of three to four weeks. The work was done well and in general completed quickly. The customer service generally was friendly and helpful with the exception of one brunette worker (possibly the owner?). She tended to have a gruff attitude during my interactions with her. On my last visit, when the work was not done when I understood it would be, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding and offering assistance, she was rude, and as I left the store, I heard her say "Screw you." Needless to say I will never use this business again, and I have years of jersey and hat embroidery ahead of me. I'm sorry that the actions of one worker has ruined this business for me, as everyone else who works there were friendly and helpful. read more
