The place is very cozy for a food truck type setting with both picnic table seating outside and nicer tables in a porch like area., fresh basil & tomatoes were growing around the area, too. They had Italian music & outdoor lighting playing to set for a nice mood. We had the focaccia bread with fresh rosemary which was absolutely delicious & soft. The garlic bread is more of a garlic focaccia, light on the garlic. The fresh lemonade was a good refresher for a warm Miami day. The caprese salad had the perfect amount of cheese to tomato ratio. The star pizza was the right size after a few bready appetizers, with fresh ingredients, & we added prosciutto for the perfect balance. the quality was excellent ,as was the service, and location quality for a truck. it tasted great. here's the rub, the pizza gets cold fast the only thing that is stuck to the crust is the tomato paste. all the toppings fell off and the crust was super floppy, it folded up by itself. the toppings like I said were top notch 32 bucks all told for a 12" to go pizza. Mediocre pizza and incompetent service. I am a big supporter of small local businesses so I gave them a try. I ordered via uber eats since they are so close. I had to call multiple times since order was nowhere to be found. To the point where I ended up going there to pick up my order. No service recovery or attempt to make the experience better. Picked up family at the airport and hit Piabella for some pizza. Great thin crust- crispy and chewy, great balance of sauce and ingredients. Pizzas are decent size but if you're hungry consider ordering one for yourself. We had 7 people and ordered 4 pizzas, nothing was left. Excellent.
