A friend gave me a free upright piano. I had Tony and his crew do a short in town move from one house to the next. They came with a truck and trailer. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company that I have EVER encountered. I WOULD NOT use them for ANYTHING! They swore at my husband and threatened bodily harm in front of our neighbors. They didn't even show up on the 1st day they were scheduled, and on the 2nd scheduled date they were 1.5 hours late, unprepared & not nice at all.... I recently had these guys deliver a piano to my house. I felt that the service they provided was very good. They were timely and professional and seemed to know a lot about pianos to an amateur. My biggest complaint was that their pricing seemed too high. They charged a flat rate based on the size of the piano and I was mostly comfortable with that but they then charged $3 per mile driven, which if you do the math that is basically a full gallon of gas per mile. They also charged $10 per step they had to ascend or descend. My complaint about this is that they used boards to roll the piano up and down on wheels so it really didn't require any lifting. If they have to do lifting I could understand but this seemed to be inconsiderate of individual circumstances. Not sure if I would hire them again because these facts. read more
