We purchased a used sax for my son a couple months ago. Was told we get a free inspection and…read moreadjustment, including up to 2 new pads. We left it with them and picked it up a little later. Fast forward 2 months and my son is complaining now that his skills have increased and his private instructor said to get it checked out. We dropped a light inside in a dark room and there is light everywhere with the keys closed. If you press really hard you can get rid of most but not all of the light. Paying Ted Brown $225 to get a couple new pads, a hole leveled, and a couple bent keys fixed. My son has babied this thing so I know it's not new damage. I doubt they actually looked at it. Buyer beware. Otherwise we are happy with the purchase, just won't be going here for servicing.
