Placed an order on door dash and when we received it, 1 of our pizzas was not given to the driver. We called the store and a guy who barely speaks English told us to call door dash. I get that door dash is the one who paid the store, but there's nothing door dash can do at this point. He said that we didnt pay them for the pizzas, which yes we did dude and now we paid for pizzas that we never got. The man was rude and condescending and admitted they never even made the pizza in the first place. No apology, no nothing. This place was horrible! First we ordered a family pack that had 1 pizza , wings, and 1 2 liter soda which came out to $25. When we showed up to pickup, they forgot to put it in the oven so we had to wait again. The pizza was terrible, like school lunch pizza. None of my 3 kids could even eat it because it was that bad. The wings were awful as well. They had hardly any sauce and they tasted old and reheated. I can't believe this horrible food costs so much. Everyone at Piara pizza is nice and professional. The pizza is pretty good as well. We enjoy ordering from here on Friday nights because it isn't too busy, so the wait is only 15 min. The longest I waited was 20 min. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because they don't have warmers, so if you aren't there right when they take it out of the oven, the pizza starts to get cold. I also wish they would put butter or garlic butter on their crust, because it's really dry. Other than that, I have no complaints. read more

Came here for a pizza. They had one woman doing everything, Cashier and making pizza. After she took my payment and gave me my cold pizza, She went back and continued making pizza. NO HAND WASHING! Pizza is good, but my negativity comes from the way they charge the additional toppings. I orders a 2 topping, pizza pep and sausage on one side and ham and pineapple on the other. Piara charged me for 4 toppings even thought 2 topping are only located on the actual pizza. That was an +$3 more. When Piara makes these charging correction I will start going again, mean while I will stick with Pizza Hut, dominos, little Ceasar since they actually know what a 2 topping pizza looks like. read more
