Also, pay attention to screen when paying. My preference is to leave cash tips & checked receipt to see how much to leave. To my surprise, my receipt indicated I had already tipped over 18%. I did not request a refund because our food was good. However, my order was called out & I picked it up at the register, not served at my table. Kept seeing this horror themed pizza place all over social media, so I finally went to check it out. I actually remember coming here back when it was still UPC Pizza, and nothing really stood out to me then. Adding the horror theme was definitely a smart move. Gives the place a whole new vibe and identity. The space itself is pretty small, and the decor wasn't as dramatic as I expected from the videos. Don't get me wrong, I love the horror elements and it's fun seeing them in person, but the scale of the restaurant makes everything feel a little more toned down than what you see online. Definitely stands out however for the 3 star review I walked in not wanting a big pizza something personal the very nice girl in the front said they were only selling XL pizzas. We waited in line for over five hours, only to leave around 8:30 PM without getting a photo or signature. The entire experience felt very disorganized and poorly managed. There didn't seem to be a clear system in place, and the wait times were excessive. On top of that, the area was not well-maintained--trash was scattered around, and many guests around us were also frustrated and complaining about the long wait and lack of organization. Overall, while the food itself was good, the event experience was chaotic and exhausting. I hope they improve their event planning and crowd management in the future. read more

The wait was about an hour so we just got some garlic knots, when we got them, there is no way to mess these up. I was wrong. The bread part itself had NO flavor to it at all and the garlic butter tasted burnt. Upon arriving at this pizza place we had no idea what to expect as it was our first time. We are a horror movie family and to step inside this pizza place we couldn't have been more excited. She is OBSESSED with FNAF franchise and this was definitely worth surprising her. The staff was absolutely amazing and patient. My daughter decided she in fact didn't want a fountain soda but instead wanted a cherry icee in her mind it was from the FNAF franchise and represented what foxy would drink in the movie. The service can be better...the 2 employees got my order mixed up with someone else's order. My friend's pizza was supposed to have jalapeños, but they left it out.
