This place is adorable! Took my partner for a date. We ordered the 4oz chocolate and a latte. The chocolate is $$$ (4oz $20) , but takes like European chocolate, so much cheaper than flying to Paris! Call first as they are only open Fri-Sun and closed on some Holidays. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming even though they were busy this Saturday.

I came to PIC today with two of my kids. The service and atmosphere are lovely. I enjoyed a hot maple cinnamon latte and a fruit dip plate. We had a great experience this afternoon.

Absolutely amazing experience. The concept of making your own chocolate is fabulous, honestly even better than I expected. The chocolate was delicious, and the coffee was beautiful and perfectly made. The owner is truly an angel. You can feel how much love and care she put into creating this place. The café has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the décor is stunning, she's incredibly talented. Her staff was just as kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this spot. It's such a chill place to relax with friends over coffee, and it's also great for kids, the chocolate-making idea is a hit. A really special place that you'll want to come back to.

This place was so cute! I got the blue tea which was perfect and a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup. So yummy!

The shop decor and a couple of cousins enjoying their Latte's.

I'm from Detroit and spend winters here in Pompano Beach. My cousin suggested that we try this new chocolate cafe. Pleasantly surprised at how cute and interesting this place is. If you haven't tried.. you need to.

We ended up ordering the Butter Pecan and Dulce de Leche. The Butter Pecan was rich, creamy, and full of roasted pecan flavor. The Dulce de Leche was delicious and incredibly creamy, although it was a little sweeter than I expected. That said, I have a sweet tooth, so I still loved it--and even though it definitely wasn't the lowest-calorie choice, it was absolutely worth it! The staff was friendly and patient, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the Pompano Beach area and craving quality homemade ice cream, Kelly's is definitely worth a visit. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the sorbet because I ate it too quickly lol. I got the mango sorbet which was really good and refreshing. However their ice cream is still good. I got a small and that was plenty for me! But my favorite part was being able to grab ice cream, go outside and walk by the pier. This is a great spot super clean. They offer lots of options to try in there from fudge, ice cream, sorbet, to chocolate covered apples.

After positive feedback they began selling bubble tea at pop-up and farmer's markets across South Florida. A partnership with Cognizant Cards and Collectibles led to opening their first permanent storefront on the Belcrest Plaza on Federal Highway in Pompano Beach earlier this year. Primoo Bobba has a counter in the back across from Cognizant Cards collectibles. There are large tables throughout the space so you can hang out for awhile if you want. Boba is also known as bubble milk tea and pearl milk tea. It is generally a cold, sweet milk tea served with chewy tapioca balls. The drink became popular in the US in the 1990's when Taiwanese immigrants opened the first bubble tea shop in California. While the antioxidants in the tea are positive for your health, the drinks can contain a lot of sugar so everything in moderation. The Primoo Bobba menu features coffee, milk tea, and fruit teas with boba and jelly additions. I ordered my favorite lychee green tea with popping lychee boba. It was the perfect sweetness for my taste. While my drink was made I checked out the Pokeman cards and collectibles. This is such a cool spot. I am happy to have discovered them for my boba fix.

From flaky treats to hearty breads, everything in the bakery case looked tempting, and the prices for the baked goods themselves were very reasonable. There's also a nice selection of imported German items that are definitely on the pricier side, but that's expected for authentic products brought in from overseas. The pretzel bread was a standout for me -- soft on the inside, perfectly chewy on the outside, and full of that classic Bavarian flavor. They offer plenty of fresh loaves and traditional German pastries, and it's the kind of place where you can easily walk out with more than you planned because everything looks so good. You can eat in, and the space is cozy, but we opted for takeout this time. The counter service was friendly and helpful, even with a steady flow of customers. It feels like a neighborhood spot with a loyal following, and I can see why. If I'm on that side of town again, I'd definitely go back for more fresh bread and pastries.
