    Raw, flat, gummy almond croissant
    Phoenix 7.

A shame. We bought 2 almond croissants from them at the Pinecrest Gardens Farmers Market. Got home excited to try them... they were raw on the inside. Gummy, raw bread interior. Presentation is ok, but product is a fail. Nothing flaky or crispy. A disappointment and waste of money. Please cook to temp friends. Real quick: I know it's raw as my other half is the executive chef of a local hospital.

Location is easy to get to, next to the Cypress Creek Tri-Rail Station. Easy parking. The bakery is neatly decorated. The fresh bread and pastries are to die for. I ordered the soup and sandwich with brie, chicken, and wasabi it was really good, and it was huge. I will be back again!

Oh La La! What a delicious surprise this French bakery turned out to be. If I hadn't read reviews I would never have even know Le Vinois was here. It is tucked back in the nondescript Corporate Park Plaza which is located behind Chili's on Powerline Rd. According to them they are "an artisanal french bakery where everything is made from scratch at our location! Most recipes are the fruits of 3 generations of french bakers leaving in the french Alps. We have been in business for more than 10 years, the past 6 years at our current location on Powerline, you can also find us at the farmers market in Miami Coral Gables." I need to help them with writing their history. I am not sure what French bakers leaving in the French Alps means. I think they mean living. They have a small dining room so you can dine in or take out. The menu offers a variety of French sandwiches and salads but I came in to try their baked goods. I was hoping to find some of their mini pastries but I didn't see any. Actually it didn't look like there was much of a selection but that could be because I was coming in an hour before closing. I ended up with a $12 box of pastries that included two chocolate croissants, an almond croissant, and a brownie bite. The 5 stars for Le Vinois is because those croissants were out of the world. The only way they could have been better is if I had been eating them in Paris with the Eiffel Tower in the background. I just had to close my eyes and pretend. Flaky, buttery, and sweet re just some of the words that come to mind to describe them. That brownie bite was pretty darn good too. I am always delighted to find a French restaurant. Now that I've had a taste I need to come back and try the sandwiches. Vive la France and Le Vinois!

Le Vinois is an authentic French bakery. The aroma of baked foods circulate the space. The bakery offers a variety of baked goods including pizza, macarons, croissants & creme brûlée. I had the Pistachio & vanilla macaron - excellent I also had a chocolate filled croissant - excellent. This bakery was recommended by a dear friend and exceeded expectations. The owner was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this bakery and look forward to visiting again.

When I picked up the pie it came in a box inside of a large bag that was stapled shut. The staff was very friendly. After I returned to the office, I discovered that the pie had no meringue on top. I called the shop to let them know and they said that only single slices of the pie come with whipped cream. I let them know that the website indicates otherwise and there was no option to select any toppings when ordering. They kindly offered a refund which I took and appreciated, though they really should fix the website to prevent further confusion. I gave the shop 4 stars because the service was friendly and the pie was very good.

Sadly nothing was appetizing there, but I checked my Yelp tags and I had Fireman Derek's marked. I knew it wouldn't be a proper lunch at a bakery but it would taste extra delectable. I walked into the high ceilinged spacious white interior of Fireman's. The guy working the counter was friendly and quick to help me. I shouldn't have come hungry. I got piece of apple pie, peanut butter and chocolate pie, and then, at a moment of weakness, I also got their famed magic bar. It's not a place that's affordable, it's a spot that you pay more because you know it has greatness. much later after lunch and hungry again, I had a bite of the aple pie. My goodness it was good. But when I took a bite of the magic bar I got a happy sugar rush that I hadn't gotten in a while. Scrumptious. I'm glad I stopped in, as any chance to support a smaller local business I think is important. Especially when you can taste the love in what they make.

I almost ordered some myself, even though I was waiting for my cheesecake. I ordered matcha cheesecake, and it almost seems like they made it from scratch! The consistency was perfect, and its presentation was lovely. I asked where to pay and was told to enjoy first and pay later. Now THAT is service. They've got cute chairs throughout the store and a nice, Parisian vibe. You can order croissants, gelato, cheesecake, carrot cake, and a whole host of sweets. I'm sure this is a Wilton Manors 'go to'!

This place has been our go to for a couple of years now. We first came looking for paletas on a…read morerandom search and to our delight, they have much more than that. First and foremost, their paletas are soooooo good and unique. They have the best flavors not found elsewhere and ingredients are carefully sourced. They don't cut corners.... Guava and cream, horchata, honey and goat cheese, passion fruit, Parmesan ricotta, lulo (IYKYK), among others. And if you're courageous and adventurous, go for their alcohol infused ones (vodka-lime, daiquiri, amaretto, mojito and so much more). They also have very unique gelato flavors. I tasted their lavender one today... no artificial colors!!!! Pure goodness. And that's just the beginning. They have to die for croissants and other artisanal specialty French pastries. I've never had a croissant like the ones they have at D'Liras. At every opportunity we drag friends and family and they all fully agree. I highly suggest visiting this place... it will become your go to for frozen and authentic French treats. Ps. Are my paketa way too fast and missed the photo opp!
